Had a great experience with Matthew Charles at the Denver Mattress! We needed a mattress on a quick deadline and he immediately showed the stock that’s currently in-town and available. Tried out maybe 5-6 mattresses and finally settled on the best feeling one. Haven’t really had a great experience at other stores and Matthew had us feeling confident and educated. 10/10 will recommend. Price and Service was awesome!

Our sales person, Jackie, was awesome! She was very knowledgeable, patient, and helpful in getting us our new mattress and power base. She took the time to compare models for us, as we pondered back and forth. She was also very transparent with the prices of everything we considered purchasing. We very much appreciated her advice and assistance.

Alex was such a great help !! Loved how chill and transparent he was about the products. He wasn’t at all pushy or commission driven. He was just very attentive and understanding to what my family’s needs were. 10/10 would buy from alex again 👌🏽

The staff overall was very welcoming and took the time to engage me as well . My process was smooth from start to finish! A plus!!!

Alex Rostro was friendly and informative. Never felt pressured. He was very patient as we tried at least 15 different mattresses. He was attentive but let us take our time. Shopping for a mattress is a costly investment you don’t want to rush, and we could not be happier with Alex.
