Front desk staff greeted us with a warm welcome. Lobby was very clean. Beds and pillows are comfortable.||Rooms could use an update. The fridge froze our leftovers. 5th floor had major construction going on.||We booked here and used Marriott points. Airport shuttle was prompt. ||Dinner at Ted’s was very enjoyable. Small walk from hotel.
Upon booking, the hotel messages you in the app indicating a number to call to arrange airport pick-up by the complimentary shuttle. Called that number. Then you get a recording saying it runs on a 30-minutes schedule. That is NOT arranging pick-up. Luckily, we did not have to wait longer than 10 minutes. The driver shows up. Friendly guy but, despite that, he needs to get his act together. Asks me for me inbound flight number (strange), does not clearly reply to my question - nor to the questions of other guests - where the shuttle takes us (note the shuttle serves several Bonvoy properties). When we are all in the shuttle, doors shut, he turns around and asks again each and everyone where they want to go to. That is when confusion arises once more with a lady next to me not being able to find out from him exactly which of the Courtyards the shuttle drives to. He takes off. Windshield of the car is almost broken. The guy did not shut his door properly so has to open and close again whilst driving. Driving "style" was a bit frightening as well. We made it. Checked in: friendly but not overly enthusiastic. The front desk clerk told us that the lounge is closed on Weekends. Fair enough. What is not fair enough that you don't get anything in lieu of - as in a drink voucher. On a side note: we would have also eaten there but without even a free beer, we chose to talk the two minutes down to the Appelbee's - not really what a Marriott lifetime platinum & Titanium is expected to do but if that is what is most convenient then fair enough as well. Room: one of the smaller ones on that floor but not really an issue given we only stayed for the night. Breakfast: that was the highlight! Very friendly staff and top-notch meal quality - loved it. Check-out: quick and friendly.
A beautiful hotel that’s being renovated to look even better !!! We were on a family long haul trucking trip and this hotel was perfect for us. They had parking for the semi. Amazing staff at the front desk and the fire and spice restaurant was the best part of the whole experience!!! Food That was freshly made and full of flavor. Eric was amazing and so friendly made us feel comfortable and loved!!! We will surely come back to this hotel when riding through Denver.
My husband and I stayed here for one night. We booked this hotel mainly for the airport shuttle and the service was great. The shuttle arrived on time and was about a 15 minute ride to the airport. The hotel was clean and the staff was really friendly. We didn’t eat any meals here but our coffee in the morning was made to perfection! There are some other restaurants within walking distance if you want something other than the hotel restaurant.
After a day of irritating experiences with airlines disrupting travel plans, this hotel was excellent! The restaurant is very solid(highly recommend the wings and club sandwich) with great service, and the rooms are clean. Good bathrooms, good water pressure. The airport shuttle is quick and reliable. United airlines may have done me dirty, but this hotel does not.
My husband is a lifetime platinum member therefore we always stay at Marriott hotels even when traveling internationally. Since last year, I noticed someone had the brilliant idea of adding STRONG air fresheners/perfumes in ALL common hallways and reception area of ALL Marriott Hotels. The smell is so strong I get an instant headache during my stay. I wish they would research about the health risks associated with those artificial perfumes. They are basically poisoning all of their guests!!! Our livers can’t remove toxins this fast. Don’t be surprised if your employees start having unexplained health issues or headaches. PLEASE REMOVE THE AIR FRESHENERS. Your hotels are already clean and there’s no need to add perfumes. You are ruining my vacations. I have to cover my nose every time I cross the reception area. This is also not healthy for people with asthma.
This is one of the closest hotels to Denver Int'l Airport. The shuttle runs every 30 minutes and about a 15 minute ride away - which I consider very acceptable given the airport is in the middle of nowhere. The shuttle drivers were very friendly and helpful. My biggest concern with this hotel is the airport shuttle. I was waiting airport curbside for the next arrival. When the shuttle arrived, Frontier Flight Attendants swarmed the shuttle - each with 3 bags. Frontier apparently can't fund their own employee shuttles - so they use this hotel shuttle to transport their employees to the parking lot near the hotel. The driver said he would load their items first. See attached picture of the mountain of bags! Then when I finally got to the back for my bag to be loaded - he asked me to wait to see if there was room for me in the shuttle. Huhhhhh??????? I found that to be very off-putting. This likely will drive me to change my reservation at the end of the month to an adjacent hotel. All front desk was very friendly, initiated casual conversation and recognized my status. I went out for a walk and returned to an enthusiastic "Welcome back!" I had a suite and it was very clean. Overall, I'd say the hotel needs a little TLC and upgrading - as the room furniture, TVs and elevators are showing their age. The hotel gym had what I needed - but 3 of the treadmills (4 or 5 total) need to be replaced. I definitely give the hotel points for having an Executive Lounge. There are several restaurants within convenient walking distance. The hotel also has a bar and restaurant - although I walked to a nearby restaurant for a quieter meal.
I brought 72 athletes (all under the age of 20), 9 coaches and 3 athletic trainers to the hotel for the weekend during our training camp for the World Junior Ultimate Championships.|The hotel staff was amazing. They went above and beyond to be helpful and accommodate our massive group. We could not have had a better experience.|The rooms were clean and nice, and spacious.|A+ to these folks.

Excellent dog park for fur babies to have some off-leash fun time! It has trails, water, sand beach, native landscape set in a mountain range backdrop. The only con would probably be the entry price, it is $11 for the state park (the dog park is pa
The parking lot was a bit shady, but the place was amazing. Food comes in large portions -- they were really good but we could only finish half of what we ordered. The spicy soup was my favorite, but the curry was great too. Their service was top-not
1st time checking out Parkside Eatery & Taco Choi. Very tasty however I think it would improve the appearance and food if each taco had its own unique sauce and or toppings to give it more flair and flavor.
This Nature Center is completely FREE! It has so many displays, interactive toys, nature books, and live animals (snake, turtle, and a lizard!) It is so wonderful!!!!
