Denny's - Diner in New Kensington - 209 Tarentum Bridge Rd, USA

I have to say at least the times I’ve been there. The service has been really good. The food is better than it is ever been. We did really enjoy the nachos. Loaded up. The milkshake was off the chart. And the service at least for us has always been fantastic. And I feel the pricing is always extremely reasonable.

Service was okay. They seem not to have enough help there. The food quality is poor sausage looked like previously cooked sausage bits, I asked if the bacon was made to order she told me no so I declined to get it. They toast wasn't really toasted it was kind of like warmed bread. My husband had a burger he said it was pretty good. Maybe might return there for breakfast just getting eggs and maybe a biscuit next time they're pancakes look pretty good.

Dennys always sucks that's why I never go there. I was talked into it by a friend for the first time in years. I ordered Iced tea and got water. Water that tasted horrible I might add. He ordered a double burger and got a single. My country gravy was lumpy enough I would consider it inedible. Never got terrible water refills.

Service (Patricia) was great. Friendly and attentive. Food was bad. Burger was greasy mess, came swimming on the plate. Onion rings had a funny taste, like very old grease in fryer.

Truly just an awful experience. We get there and are seated as normal. After sitting there for about 45-60 minutes, we start hearing that they don’t have enough cooks and that orders are behind. At around 60 minutes our waiter finally comes over and informs us that our food was just started. We wait about 30-45 more minutes and my food came out like this. When I saw the wings, my stomach flipped. It looked like they were sitting under a heat lamp for an hour and then they just threw Buffalo sauce on top last minute before bringing it out. The fries were not warm and as you can see there were about two in the bowl. If you don’t have enough staff, you shouldn’t be having that many people seated in your restaurant. It should not be my problem that you are short staffed.

Pepsi the GM was our server and helped accommodate our unusually large late night group after a school event. Super hard worker, great service, and perfect on our orders. Made sure to keep coffee fresh and constantly filled us up. Thank you and all your staff!

Food was not ready when i arrived to pick it up. I had to wait 15 extra minutes don’t understand why there was only two customers in the restaurant. But then again the employees were to busy playing games in the back. Let’s all get a cup take a little of each flavored drink and mix it all together and see who can drink it. My Burger was burnt beyond the point of even letting my dog have it. My fries were cold as could be and burnt. My meal went in the trash. Save your time and money and go elsewhere

We ate here multiple times. Breakfast was top notch. Dinner was bad. I am attaching pic of the patty melt. Never saw anything like it in my life and the crazy response about it from the manager was ridiculous. The cook mashed the meat wrong?? The patty wasn't even an ounce. You be the judge
