Denny's - Diner in Clive - 11820 Hickman Rd, USA

Food was good and OMG they accept that tap pay from the phone, thank God!!! I left my card at home. I was soooo scared. The young lady there helped me. I am rating this way, due to the fact, that you give me the bill as soon as you bring me the meal. That is annoying as hell and rude. Like why... no sugar on the table with coffee. My food was to be basically a skillet with bacon, ham, scrambled eggs and white cheddar cheese on maple toast. I got an omelet with ham on the side with yellow cheese. My husband ordered a Philly cheese omelet, he received a huge piece of egg, folded over with chunks of big pieces of steak, an almost melted piece of cheese, and a sliver of pepers/onions and under cooked hash browns in comparison.

Maybe it was an off day but the Salmon was tough. It had good flavor but I've never had Salmon so tough before. Very displeasing. Roasted potatoes were good tho!

Denny's is a nice stop, very clean, and Craig (our waiter) was amazing. I was very impressed with his honesty. I asked questions about some new items on the menu and he was very open about what was good, what he would stay away from and what is "good but didn't wow him". I would rather have someone be honest about their food than try to sell the most expensive item on the menu!

I'm a truck driver and that's the second time. I've been in there in a couple of months. Same wagers both times. She's a good one. Good food too.

Hard to rate food when the place closes at 5pm. It’s now 6:30 pm. They are in a truck stop and close early. This is why I quit stopping at this truck stop a few years ago. Was hoping they got better. Loves should kick them out

Denny's closed at 7am on Monday... What the hell! I have to hit the road and now I have to eat truckstop food again! Denny's should be 24 hours as it has always been... I am pissed.

Bourbon chicken skillet beast mode… parking lot is not shoveled though it’s one day past Christmas and the snow is dangerous but the food was cozy and warm lol
