Denny's - Diner in Bellmead - 709 I-35, USA

Service is just sucks 😐 we waited more than 40min for dine in even though there was no other customers….. waiter forgot my order…

They were very short staffed with only four people covering all needs. With that taken into consideration it wasn't that bad. The employees on duty were working very hard to tend to customers needs and wants, remaining friendly and helpful.

We visited this Denny's about 2am. The food was barely warm. The toast was hard and they were out of caramel needed to make my banana and cream with salted caramel pancakes. Coffee was flat out cold. There, I said it. But the waitress was helpful. Oh last thing.... the building was ice cold.

Omg this place was so awesome!!!! A major upgrade on its staff I must say JAMES was such a great waiter. He made us feel welcomes. He made sure we didn't need anything. He constantly check on us even though he had 4 more tables. He fill up our drinks when needed NO need to ask him for a refill. He brought our food right out. The entire experience was great thanks to James. 😇 The food was good but a bit greasy and salty and I mist say my hash browns were a bit soggy. The place was well kept together but the restroom can use constant cleaning it was dirty and not attended too. The staff was ok but it be nice not to constantly see them on the 📱 📱.. Other than that its a great place to come eat and suggest James he has wonderful customer service skills.

Excellent food and excellent customer service 👏 👌 👍 took my friend for lunch there for the first time and she loved it too and will return again. Very friendly people, the place was clean including thè restroom, and the food was served hot and the coffee was promptly refilled! Dennys is the best...

Just got off of work and was ready to eat dinner. Greeted and seated and just relaxed and enjoyed ourselves. Thank you Dennys! I use to go to the one in FlyingJs but service and food is horrible. Only thing that can be fixed tea was not sweet enough. Thanks for my coupon as well.

I had to use my fork to stir my coffee. She brought out the pancakes with no butter. By the time she got butter pancakes from cold. Did not get my order right, but I did not say anything. She was a black waitress and it was a table with three other blacks and she was just a poor waitress. And I did tip her $2 I always tip $5 or more.

Food was cold, forgot our bread then when it came 1/2 our food was already eaten and it was burn. Microwaved cold stuff, yuk... Then asked for a to go box, waitress went to a table and was talking about family stuff at another table while we waited for a to go box. We finally went to tge checkout counter thinking she would get tge point and get us a to go box. She stayed talking to friends until my wife walked over to the waitress to asked for our to go box again and that we were ready to check out. They did comp one of our meals but by then we were already fed up.
