Waited five minutes to be 'noticed' by hist and then be seated (Only one waiting for seating). Server was pleasant, but may have been overwhelmed by number of tables she was attending - also took longer than it should have to notice I had put down the menu, ready to order.
Food was usual Dennys tasty - Grand Slam breakfast with eggs cooked exactly as I ordered, pancakes hot and fluffy and bacon and sausage cooked completely and nit under or over done.
Seemed a bit frenetic inside, and somewhat loud, but there were a lot of tables and steady turnover.
Not an unpleasant experience.
There was the music playing over the PA while music coming from the kitchen, and it did not make it for a relaxing atmosphere. Service, what service. We were about to walk out when our server finally came over to take our order, and we weren't asked what we wanted to drink until our server came to take our order. Then after we got our food our server never came back to see if we needed anything or if our food was ok, or if we wanted any more coffee, never came to the table to clear off the plates that we were done with. Then we waited for our bill so we could pay, we had to go to the register to get our bill. I have never had this bad of service anywhere.
Coming back from the theater, we were trying to find a nice place for a bite to eat, and the Navajo Road location was already closed. The next choice was Santee, and boy am I ever happy that we made that choice! We were greeted by the loveliest, most upbeat person ever. I am disabled, and she rushed to open the door for me, and showed us right to our seats. Her positive energy was simply amazing at 11pm, and she made the whole experience incredible. It was my daughter's birthday 🎂, and she actually enjoyed having the birthday cadence sung. Thank you Janet for a truly lovely experience, and I look forward to popping in again another evening. Now how many people can actually say that they look forward to going to Dennys?
Denny's food is generally ok but usually seems nothing to write home about. Today, however, I tried the Mile High Denver Omelet and it was absolutely delicious! My friend had the Veggie Omelet and was equally impressed. Eggs were light and fluffy. The ham, peppers and onions were sauted very nicely which really brought out the flavors well. So good! I have had omelets at places that specialize in them that aren't close to this good! Service was good too.
Some might say 'well it's a Dennys, what do you expect' but this place has always been on the ball: refilling coffee, asking if theres more we need, asking if everything is correct, etc. Theres been no hassle subbing out ingredients that aren't premixed into the food. The price still feels very affordable when everything is going up these days. Really like this place and the people working there.
The food is usually good, however Janet’s amazing customer service makes the meal 10x more enjoyable
The food is ok nothing spectacular. I have to say what killed my appetite was going into the 1 gender bathroom & it being so disgusting that I left it gagging. I recommend if you’re going to force your customers to share a restroom for it to be sanitized.
Micah and Nicki, the wonderful couple who own Dropzone Athletics, are the best gym owners around. The atmosphere at the gym is so open and welcoming and quickly becomes your gym family. Not only are the workouts function based, varied and top notch b
