Denny's - Diner in Cathedral City - 69050 CA-111, USA

Food was extremely horrible. Originally order a country fried chicken steak and there were lumps of gravy, tasted rancid. I ended up ordering a cheese burger, to my surprise the lettuce inside was bad and pickles extremely rancid.. Does anyone ever check the food before it gets sent out to table? Waiter was very apologetic, not his fault of course. Overall, food sucks here. I been to plenty Dennys restaurants and this one is the worst I’ve ever eaten at.

I'm not one to normally frequent a place like Denny's, so my expectations were low. But I must say my experience was good. We got there very early in the morning and the waiter was nice and accommodating and the food was actually quite good. In a pinch, I would go back for breakfast. The eggs benedict was fine, my wife and I got to order off the 55 plus menu, which was exciting, and we got a Philly cheese steak omelette. For the price, all of it was fine.

1/26/24 Around 11pm Ordered a stack of pancakes. Immediately noticed a hair on them. Informed the waitress and she said "that's disgusting." There was no apology issued for the staff's lack of effort to take a look at the dishes before bringing them out. She sent them back to the kitchen. They sent out a second stack of pancakes that were pretty much raw in the middle. In the end I still had to pay for the food that I did not eat/enjoy. First time here and was very disappointed.

The service is usually good. The food is good but, I wouldn't call it exceptional. Some servers are nice and other's just bring your food. It's nice place to eat during the week and it's crazy 🤪 on Sundays. It has a nice senior menu for people on a budget.

The worst Denny’s I’ve been to, the very worst. The premises is down trodden. The restaurant has odd smells, but most of all the food is not good. Service is however excellent. Avoid this franchise location. Go the extra mile and go to the Denny’s on Palm Canyon Drive in Palm Springs. With locations like this, i now know why Denny’s stock is in the tank

Food was typical for dennys, my expectations are never very high, I usually go there when I want a simple breakfast and cup of coffee. Service was great, although it was one person by himself hosting, serving, bussing, and taking payments. I gave him a generous tip, as he was very nice and didn’t show any signs of frustration. I felt bad for him, I hope they can hire more people!

My boyfriend and I went really late to get something to eat, and the food was great for late -night diner (after the bar, or after a toke sesh) kinda place at that hour. Wasn't the best busy wasn't the worst will definitely be back and the guy who was our waiter (blonde guy maybe 21 yr old) was awesome, hard worker!
