Denise is amazing! In this case, she helped my son to buy his first home. As a realtor, I always tell people that if you have a prequalification letter from Denise, you are actually going to be able to buy a house~~because she's SO thorough with her clients. As primarily a listing agent, I tell my seller clients how important a great lender is, and that whenever I see Denise's name on a buyer's letter, we know that buyer has been thoroughly vetted. Specifically to my son's purchase, which was a good year and a half in the making before we finally found 'the one' ... she was patient with him, quickly updated his letter when needed. And in the end she was the hero because she explained several scenarios that might work for him, and he decided to do a rate buy down. She ran all the numbers with him, payback time, over and over, like she didn't have anything else to do. :) When we went to the closing yesterday, the attorney looked at his rate and said 'WOW, you got an excellent rate!'. 5+++ STARS for Denise!
