Dengeos Glenview - Greek restaurant in Glenview - 2131 Willow Rd, USA

I really wanted to like this place because of how clean and family friendly it seems. However after ordering a gyro plate and seeing fat uneven chunks on my plate I knew it was the end of the cone. Also the Greek potato’s were not done. Too raw. I may consider giving them another chance later but for now this isn’t a place I would go out of my way for.

Another "not my first time here, but first Google Review" for this place! Been to the original location in Evanston more so. Probably the best gyros in the Chicagoland suburban area. Pita and pita pieces are super tasty and flavorful. Friendly and helpful staff. Clean dining area is a plus, and they even have balloons for the kiddos.

The Greek chicken salad was incredibly delicious, combining juicy chicken with fresh vegetables & flavorful feta cheese. The restaurant itself was impressively clean and staff was friendly.

Food was good for the most part. My "chicken gyros" was more like some processed chicken loaf reminiscent of Arby's - not gyros from the spit. Ribs were awesome, fried shrimp good. $100 for 5 of us including 2 kids, which is pretty ridiculous for fast food, but these are the times we live in! Service was good, though.

I was very disappointed with the portion of meat was very little. Philly Steak/cheese sandwich. The meat was cut in little pieces and very little on sandwich. 12.99 for a 6 inch sandwich it was not worth it. It was a taste sandwich. Its no way worth that. I dont mine paying prices if i get meat on my sandwich. Since coming to the restaurant which i started in may 2023 i seen prices increase twice. Good food i feel its becoming pricey

Best Gyros in my life. Ordered one for lunch and another to cross the border into Canada for lunch today! See you next year.

Stopped here for a quick bite on the way home from work. Two things were apparent right away. It was a very clean place. And the young lady at the cash register could not have been nicer. She waited patiently while I tried to decide what to eat. Even threw in a suggestion or two. Which were welcome. I ended up ordering chicken kebabs with roasted vegetables. It also came with coleslaw and pita bread. The chicken was very tasty and moist. The roasted vegetables were a good add to the meal. As always, the coleslaw and pita bread were delicious. But again, it was the girl behind the cash register who really made it a pleasant experience. I’ll definitely return.

Although I placed a phone order, I went to the pickup window and they were unaware of my order. They were nice to confirm that my order was placed and verified that through which phone number I called. It turned out that an employee did not put the order through the computer system. Although I had to wait an extra amount of time, they provided great service. The food is also very good and their friendly service adds to their reputation of their review.
