Deluxe Motel - Motel in Pomona - 915 W Holt Ave, USA

I would rate this place no stars. It's a terrible, ugly, and uncomfortable place! And we only were forced to stay there because it was raining and we were tired! But never, ever again. The place is uncomfortable, has roaches, is run down looking, for example; the door is flimsy. Also the room was dirty and there was roaches. Gross. And to top it off, there was a gas leak smell coming from the bathroom. It started like an half hour after we got there. It gave me a headache, made me nauseous, and even with the bathroom door closed I could still smell it... This place shouldn't even be allowed to operate. I hope the health department does something about that place. Do not stay here no matter what!!!!

This place is a terrible looking 50 dollar hotel that they charge over a 100 and want a dollar dollar deposit. Their wifi is garbage, my room had bugs at night coming up from the drain . The bed is like sleeping on the floor and the pillows are joke .

So when I arrived there, the first room I was given smelt of smoke, the second room smelt like paint chemicals. You walk into the room and see graffiti on the floor and wall, the wall paint was falling off and the drywall was exposed. Saw giant cockroach and bed bugs. The sheets were stained and had holes in them. The chair in each room had stains and the whole place was gross. I left the same day to a different hotel as this place was not safe to stay in. The washroom was very dirty and everything was so gross. If I could give this place a zero out of 5 stars I would. I would not recommend anyone staying there.

The room smelled good when we walked in, and it was pretty clean. i Did Not See one roach. They have a fridge in the room and check out time is 10 a.m. unlike most hotels which are normally at 11.

Positive: The hotel had booked my two bed room out and I was left with a single bed room instead. They advertised a mini fridge, but there was none so I had to have one put in. They changed my room the next day, but it was a process and better after. Negative: Low quality area and guests with questionable characters wondering the property and area, but was just okay. Close to stores, on main strip. Clean room, clean bed, equipped with tv and mini-fridge. The only thing lacking is visual appeal (new paint, furnishings, a chair or 2, etc.). Manager was very friendly, and was willing to work with us on the rate, to get us in, when we couldnt get in any other motel very late at night. Manager didnt bother us at all during our stay. Thank you, Deluxe, we will definitely visit again.

This place is the Cheapest room you can find in la county. Besides that it really is a terrible motel . I felt like I was transported to a 3rd world country. The bathroom window was broken already . The toilet clogged after my first use lucky have a plunger outside . There was no TV at all . Just a bracket left on the wall . No fridge no microwave no smoke detectors. Also way to many roaches I can tolerate one or 2 . I spent the night with the light on to keep the roaches at bay .I spent a lot of time killing every roach I see until the knew not to come out when they see . I killed 100s of them and left there bodies all over the room . Next my bed had no comforter just a nasty smelling sheets . I slept on towels from my car . Then the lightbulb had a motion sensor built in so it would turn off if u didnt make motion for a few min . I'm not coming back the also had the Moxy to charge a 20$ deposit.
