I stayed there off and on for the past 2 months and enjoyed the service thanks to Adam for giving me the best rooms and for just being friendly. I like the fact they have smoking rooms to. When I come back to Hurst, I'll stay there again.

Been here a few times... Only return when money is low. I usually pay $55 here and the $5 remote fee, when the tv won't even turn on. Anyways, we call this the scary hotel. Why? Room 232 was given to us- which is towards the back and beside the laundry room. The room door wouldn't open. We turned the AC on- it felt like it was an oven and mind you it was already 12am in the morning. The room wouldn't cool off. Then there a certain spot where it felt horrifying. We went to shower and the water wouldn't turn on. Finally, we layed down. I close my eyes for about 5 minutes- wasn't asleep yet, and then tried to open my eyes and they wouldn't. I freaked out and couldn't breathe. I believe in bad spirits, yes. I believe this place has haunted rooms. That room just gave me and my husband the worst vibes. I had paid the whole night and left. My husband and I both agree that room had some spirit that maybe didn't want to be bothered. Some rooms are actually okay. If they are on the first floor near the front, I will not do anymore upstairs here.

Our room price was 40$ to start.. when my husband told the man l was with him he said 50... he then gave us a room key that wouldn't work.. the door wouldnt open.. then he said if we want the door to open it'll be an extra 30... customer service wasn't good an creepy. The windows were dirty. The blinds were ripped up and nasty looking

This motel was awful. The AC did not work in the first 2 rooms we had, finally it did somewhat in the 3rd room. The Ice Maker was out of order, the Wi-Fi was down and the TV remote did not work. This place is terrible and is not worth the $60 a night at all. Stay away if you absolutely can.

Hell no that place sucks and the manager/owner kicked me out cus no lights working,stunk and the man told me to leave and never come back cus I told him bout the stopped up sink. I have a video and I think either change management and get that filthy nasty place cleaned up or shut it down. He charged me 10$ to get out. WTH. The sign says 39.95 it cost 60$ 50$ if u return the key and remote. That place is a garbage place. If u can stand the smell stay but if ur like me and went n bought disinfectant don't stay. Please it's nasty! Have to rate it to post but I give it way under 1 🌟

I would not even give this a one star. I had stayed at this hotel a couple of times before and had no problems. The last time I stayed at the hotel they put me in a different room room 241. I had sat on the floor because I was working on a project and I noticed the floor was moving. Upon closer inspection I saw bed bugs crawling all over the floor I jumped up Scared to death I had these bugs all over me. Upon closer inspection of the bed it was infested the whole room was infested with bedbugs. I went downstairs to tell them about it and they basically jumped down my throat and told me not to dare mention bedbugs in their hotel. They said they had spray for bedbugs two weeks prior and true enough there were a lot of dead bugs all over the floor but there is still a lot of live ones too. I asked him if I could change rooms they said no they don’t have any rooms available for me and that I could leave and never return to their establishment. Not that I would want to. I told him since they did not have a room for me to move to could I please get my money back they told me they would give me $20 and I better not dare speak of the problem to anybody outside of the establishment therefore I am writing A review to let the world know stay away from this dangerous dirty nasty hazardous to your health hotel. I took my belongings and move to another hotel. I sat my belongings down on the floor dead bugs fell off of my bags. I hated thinking that I might carry their infestation to another hotel. Therefore I threw away my bags and bought new bag so I wouldn’t have this problem carrying bed bugs to other hotels. Instead of being apologetic about the matter they were very rude and very rude and very mean and insisted I was to never return. So I’m letting you all know do not go to this deluxe hotel and Holtom city Texas unless you are willing to carry bedbugs to your home. Also the air conditioner didn’t work which I complained about nor did the water run and I complained about that also and they said that was not their problem I needed the room so they let me have that room.

Huge space in between the door in the wall you can see right out side clearly from the top of the door to the bottom of the door and you can see through the side of the air conditioner straight to the parking lot. Inconsiderate office staff trying to change my baby's diaper I'm 28 degrees outside lady stood there with door open while I was finishing getting my baby dressed.
