There for work and basically all the bad reviews you see are correct. The stained walls and sheets, microwave was broke, and I found a roach that I have a picture of. Only continuing to write bc the minimum of 200 characters.
The room was clean, bed linens and towels were clean and in good condition, heating and ac worked well, TV/cable/internet worked well. Room included microwave, coffeemaker, refrigerator, ironing board and iron all of which were in good operating condition. The complex was quiet and the parking lot had security cameras with video surveillance in the office. Breakfast was very limited, but adequate. Also in a convenient location. Clean and inexpensive place to sleep for the 3 nights I was in Waco.
gross place to stay. as seen in pics hair was in tub along with used towel and soap. there was a used towel on the back of the door as well. didn't get a pic of that. they over charged to stay here. charged us 93 bucks. DEFINITELY NOT WORTH THAT MUCH. I have stayed in 2 stars which are way better than this one. The staff couldn't even work the cart correctly the next morning. I guess the guy that was the owner came knocking on everyone door at 10am saying check out is at 11am. We are not children, plus you told everyone that when they checked in. NEVER AGAIN! I rather sleep in my car. Now I'm itching and can't stop. Probably from the dirty sheets with stains on the beds. Pretty sure those weren't changed either.
Probably the worst Hotel that I have ever stayed in. The receptionist was rude during check in. The room was dirty looked like it had not been dusted in months. Carpet was dirty. 2 TV's in the room 1 working and the other non-working sitting in front of the one that worked. The bathroom had been painted sometime recently and it looked like there were bugs painted over. The toilet seat was broken. There was not enough hot water for 4 people to shower got cold during the second person showering. Booked the room for 4 and there was only enough linens for 3. The coffee pot still had coffee in it from a previous guest. We arrived back at the room at 2:30 on the second day and it had not been cleaned beds not made and no clean linens had been delivered. Wall plugs were so loose that we could not charge phones. The light fixture in the bathroom had some sort of electrical cord hanging out of it. The entry door frame was broken and the safety chain was only screwed into the door trim... The picnic table outside which looks nice in the pictures is rotted and broken into pieces.. There were beer boxes and cans thrown under the stair case. Things were so bad there we would not even try the breakfast..... Bad place, needs lots of work.. They should only charge about $25 a night.....
We was in room 110. I woke up at 0145 itching so bad. The arm I was laying on was like one solid bite. I have bites all over me from bed bugs. I took a video of them crawling to show the front desk. When I showed him that I got my money back and all her could say was "I'm sorry". I do not recommend this hotel at all. Note I half too go to a laundry mat to wash all my things that was in my bag since I took it inside with me. I had to leave my favorite pillows there. I sure wasn't putting it in my car. I'm only putting 1 star cause I half to pick one but it deserves no stars.
First off, their website said there would be one but there was no coffee maker in my room. I asked at the desk and they brought me one... no coffee, no sugar, no creamer. Then, one set of outlets next to the sink didn't work so I had to unplug the hair drier to plug anything in there. And one of my lamps was missing a bulb. Very very few TV channels. My phone didn't work. The desk chair was so wobbly I was afraid to sit on it. I saw several roaches in my room during my stay.|| ||Breakfast the next morning was laid out.. 6 slices of white bread, 1 bagel, and a 4 slot toaster, tray of grape jelly, 2 bananas, dispenser of fruit loops and raisin bran, pitcher of milk, pitcher of OJ, and a single waffle iron and a guy who would mix up one waffle worth of batter at a time and make a waffle for you, pitcher of syrup but no butter for the toast or waffles. ||||BUT most importantly and the reason I gave 3 stars instead of 1 or 2, the AC worked great and the bed was comfortable.
First and foremost, my family and I were evacuating from Houston for hurricane Laura... and they had the nerve to charge us $85 a night for that dump. We had no refrigerator, microwave, iron.. nothing and today the same exact rooms are $45... their entire webpage is a lie...🤬🤬🤬🤬. We paid for 3nights and left in Two...
Rooms were old and in need of maintenance floors and carpet were filthy. Walls had patches that were never painted. Breakfast was a waffle maker and a couple of oranges and coffee. No staff were ever around and the freeway right outside was super noisy. Pay the fee extra bucks to find a decent place.
