Deluxe Inn Motel - Featured Reviews (118)
Ok, so here is my story in my review for this motel. Sometime in August of 2023 my husband and I went to the deluxe we just wanted a short stay since we had been homeless for sometime. Now before arriving at the deluxe I called and asked the pricing for a short stay and for 3 hours it was $40 is what the lady told me on the phone. When we got there before the nice lady got to the counter, I rang the ring doorbell so the owner saw who I was and he and I had, had a few choice words with each other a couple months before this night.( this manner doesn't know how to talk get only knows how to tell and belittle you) anyways while the nice desk clerk had started taking my info and my$40 the manager calls her and had her put me on the phone, he tells me they don't do short stays and if I only wanted to stay 3 hours I would have to pay $90 plus a $50 deposit which I would get back when I checked out if I wanted to stay overnight I had to pay $250 with a $50 deposit that I would get back the next day. He only acted this way because I wouldn't bow down to him because I wouldn't let him scream at me and just take it. He discriminates against homeless against women against anybody that isn't like him I guess you could say he's a jerk he shouldn't even be allowed to run a business it's overpriced I guess you could say for me cuz I guarantee there hasn't been another Soul that's ever been quoted those prices. And here's the kicker all we wanted to do was take a shower and leave and he wanted to charge me basically $140 to take a shower all because I wouldn't bow down to him. Don't waste your time going there no the rooms aren't filthy they're rather you know clean but you might catch a bed bug or two you might see a roach or two I know I did. And I so hope that the manager reads this in response have a wonderful day.
It's a pretty shady motel and it's definitely not in the greatest area either but if you don't have allot of money or are a gangster that lives in the hood I say it's not so bad if ur not afraid lol
This is a small family operated business,, Friendly and helpful staff,,Rates are reasonable,,clean rooms with cable and wifi,it's quiet and low traffic,,close to small stores and restaurants,or you can drive, take a cab or catch the city bus less than a block away,,I definitely recommend staying here,,
The room was clean, bathroom was clean. The owner was friendly, understanding and went above and beyond to help me when my car wouldn't start he came out in a ice storm to jump my car. Price for room is fair. If I return for a visit I will be staying there.
"The rooms are crappy" and the price is way too high".!!
The old lady that clean the room is crackhead
Room was surprisingly clean, and well maintained. Older tube TV's, do don't expect an HD experience. I've never personally stayed here, but as a first responder in the area, I've only responded here twice in 5 years.
Horrible! The rooms were flooded and the staff did not clean up. Mildew and water everywhere! The key cards worked half the time. Rooms not clean and full.of bugs.. This place has Lazy and incompetent people i will never go there again! Don't stay there, don't take your family there and don't recommend others go there its a drug den, full of water and mildew. Its the dirtiest room I have ever rented! Hated it!
The food here is absolutely unmatched. From the flavor to the quality to the service, everything was 10/10. Ali has an ability to treat strangers like family. This restaurant is unreal!! Do yourself a favor and order the Iraqi Kabob, by far the best
