They are really rude and hung up on me

Stupidly took the 1 previous review as a recommendation. Never again. The place is a dive. We booked online then had to fill out all forms again. Staff apologetic and helpful. They are not the problem. The rooms are large, grotty, noisy and the carpets should have been cleaned at least once in the last ten years! It's always nice to kick your shoes off after a long day but not in this place. Being directly on the freeway, noise insulation needs to be updated or at least applied! Deluxe?? Not on your life!! Stay away!

This place is okay for a short, quiet getaway. The rooms could use a little better cleaning. New sheets and curtains wouldn't hurt This is definitely not a good place for children due to the amount of let's say... Shady events that happen nearby.

Cool..I dropped someone off there and they didn't trip on having too many people in the room..

We have stayed here at the deluxe several times and everytime it has been super. The rooms are always very clean and they really go out of their way to do their absolute best to treat their customers with special care. I would recommend to you and your family if you want a relaxing and safe place to stay. Our family will definitely be back to visit

Bedbugs. $65 for my night. Woke up scratching and with welts. Complained. Stupid of my to have accepted another room for another day. Room changed. Roaches and bedbugs. Authorities needs to be informed. Room 128 and 135. Bedbugs. May 12 stay was a disaster. Bed hotel and management did not help in any way. The old man and lady were insensitive and mean.

Very rude people. Wasn't even getting a room, and was being constantly rushed. Our car broke down an we pulled in just to out of traffic, and every 10 mins we would hear " how much longer " or "you can't be hear". We couldn't wait for the tow truck. They got so bad that he was talking about charging $20 just for 2 hours waiting for the tow. These people are so rude. Avoid this hotel at all costs.

The price is right, you can also play let's make a deal, lots of drugs and prostitution abound on this fine property, you can rent rooms by the hour, or the week. Any problems and the management will deal harshly and Houston's finest will gladly escort you somewhere else. Not my first choice but u would rent/stay there again.
