Deluxe Inn - Motel in Savannah - 3680 Ogeechee Rd, USA

Went in drove all the way from Miami. To enjoy a few days of fun the room was dirty asked for a refund said they can't 10 mins after check in its no refund .. give us a 2nd room someone things all over in it the manager comes out and tell the maintenance guy the room us check out why isn't it clean his response us it's not my job give us a 3rd room we just left .. horrible service bad everything... bathroom horrible furniture broken has an Oda ... RUN DON'T STAY... MARCH 2024 SMT SMH horrible everything

Well if there was a circle before the stars that circle would have been Checked because this hotel doesn't deserve one star. Sam I guess the man who owns this hotel is quite rude and I heard him tell some people to get off his property but I seen him later on talking to the same people and he accepted money from them so why would you tell them to get off his property and why is he so rude the beds have the same sheets on them a prior customer had because I found hair and bed bugs there's no stores that can provide anything to any of the patrons at this hotel or the other hotels nearby because all the stores close at 10:00 there's no other store for a half a mile this is not a good area for a hotel they have no maid service they have no ice machine it says that they have laundry facilities chained and locked we cannot use. This hotel is a dump I wouldn't take my enemy there to sleep.

C’est la chambre la plus sale que j’ai vu de ma vie. Et j’ai voyagé pas mal… Les portes noirs avec des grosses coulisses, le lavabo qui n’avait pas été nettoyé, on aurait dit que quelqu’un avait vomi dedans, le miroir plein de coulisses et de pâte à dents et j’en passe. Nous n’avons finalement pas passé la nuit, c’était trop dégoûtant.

Looks great from the pics but expect your visit to be just about that when you tell them about your visit. It looked great from the pics bc once you go you'll either choose another location and spend that extra 40$ with a smile or you keep you blinds (if any are installed) open watching your nice vehicle as you enjoy no television in the room and graffiti on the mini fridge that the guy whom was getting arrested shortly after his carving explained.

The roon I had was very interesting 🤔. There were planets and stars drawn on the wall. And a ultraviolet light on the ceiling. When the lights were turned off, the room would glow in the dark and look like outerspace...wow

I am a single mom. We take short weekend trips as often as possible, and we were finally able to run away for some fun after several months of being stuck at home. I chose this hotel bc of the price first and foremost, and second, the pics online were great, not to mention the reviews seemed great. My kids and I came by the lobby as soon as we got to town after driving 5 hours. I ended up standing in the tiny little lobby for half an hour as the employee and a person who is apparently living there argued over the sudden rate increase and pet fee. I finally managed to ask him how late I could check in, his reply was “anytime, you’ve already paid for the room”. So we left and went to Tybee and River street for the remainder of the day. It was around 10pm when we got back to this “lovely little place.” It was at this time I was informed they not only charged me for the room but that they rented it to someone else. So basically, Friday night I was sitting in a dark parking lot in a scary part of town trying to find a room I could afford while stifling an anxiety attack as this is the first time we have ever run into any issue on a trip..... especially not the kind of issue where we basically got screwed. Thank the lord for Days Inn just down the road! Not only was it a LOT nicer inside, I didn’t feel as if we were going to get mugged and didn’t feel like my vehicle would be damaged in the parking lot. In all honestly, I’m glad it happened bc I highly doubt we would have been sleeping much that night anyway.

I went here to see what there rooms were like, I paid $55.00 dollars for the first room which was very disturbing, the microwave had look like someone beat it with hammer in on the left side, the room was filthy with the spread and sheets were burned like with cigarettes, and there were no refrigerator to keep any items cold it was just unbelievable after complianing about the room they wanted me to provide an extra? 5.00 dollars to move me to a better room but it was in better condition but not worth staying so beware of this place. Man it's terrible in this place unless you have a room in the front and you can still see when the doors has been kicked in and all. I was in one room crawling with roaches. They have the nerve to charge $55 dollars for certain rooms. Their aren't even a hand full that are decent. I am appalled by the living arrangements there. I caution and warn you before you consider it don't even think about it go get better and cleaner rooms. I wish I had a picture of the roach that was in my cup and all.
