Deluxe Inn & Suites Morgan City - Hotel in Morgan City - 1011 Brashear Ave, USA

My girlfriend and I recently stayed a few nights back. It was real quiet. A decent hotel with many things in walking distance. The manager Brandy was delightful and so passionate about her job. She accommodated us to the best of her ability and was patient. The housekeepers were kind and helpful. If you are looking for a quiet environment and great service come here. Will be back again!

DO NOT STAY HERE…Hotel is HORRIBLE! Save yourself the money and stress… 1st we got a double room from Friday till monday…There was no small towels .. went ask the front desk for towels and she said she was 100% sure all rooms had a set of small towels.. and refused to give me any towels and I’m a family of 4… basically accused us of stealing towels!!! ask the housekeeper who was 2 rooms down if she could stop buy and vacuum the room.. she replied that she can give me the vacuum and I could vacuum my own room!!!!! It’s 40 degrees outside and we have no heater!!! And front desk refuse to give us another room or check the problem…. We are not problematic people!! And usually don’t run into this many problems at one hotel!!!! We didn’t even tell them about the toilet not flushing because we knew they wouldn’t even attempt to solve any issues…. They could care-less!! We paid $100 dollars a night to stay in the trashiest hotel I have ever stayed!! And they refused to give us a refund.. I have taken pictures of everything and will be calling board of health ASAP!!!!

They have horrible service, room was disgusting, asked if they could clean it and was told no.

Room smelled of old cigarette and mold . Cockroaches immediately found in the bathroom. Went to the office for refund they offered another room . We did not end up staying manager said he would refund and to this date I have not seen it hit my credit card have called him multiple times. Immediately entering the room it is evident they do not clean well nor do they do any pest control.

Dirty room, bathtub was not clean had hair and broken shower head. 2 nd floor stay worried about walkway come down due to damage. Dont know how it is still operating. Didn't bother to ask for the free breakfast.

This is the worst hotel to stay in the front desk got a fat rude lady who doesn’t help you at all my tv doesn’t work and they ain’t trying to do anything about it

Awesome room, comfortable beds. Hot shower... great service at the desk.

They are remodeling. Updated rooms are very nice.
