Delux RV & Motel - Motel in Denver - 5520 N Federal Blvd, USA

The entrance was super small and I couldn’t get in with my RV and has too many homeless people around I don’t recommend this place it’s not even nice

I am very impressed with this place! Why? Because the new owners (John and Celeste) are genuinely good people who care for others. I get the feeling that they see this operation more like a mission to help people as opposed to a strict entrepreneurial endeavor. My friend and I, in our attempt to bicycle from Texas to Banff National Park found ourselves in an unfortunate situation. We “ran out of gas” in downtown Denver and couldn’t make it to a campsite for the evening. I called Delux RV & Motel to see if they would by chance let us set up a tent and they told me they don’t have tent sites on their property. However, John and Celeste both were concerned for us and took it upon themselves to find a room here at the motel that would accommodate our needs. They also gave us a discounted price knowing we were on a strict budget. They are actively remodeling the motel rooms and the one we were assigned to had recently been remodeled. It had a small kitchenette with a refrigerator/freezer, a nice bathroom with tub/shower, a large living room with a couch/coffee table/tv, and most impressively, it featured 2 separate bedrooms with locking doors. I believe the value is excellent and you won’t be disappointed with your decision to stay here. It definitely has a different feel to it because the people that own and operate the place make you feel like family. I highly recommend you choosing this place for your next stay!

Owners worked well with me on rent even if rent seems to flexible a few people I have talked to pay 700 to 750 monthly and I am paying 1300 and so are my coworkers. And parking is tight. But even with that I will stay here again if I am here again.I got the other side of the story all rates will be the same after August 1st the one's with lower rate was stay overs from previous owners .Great people I enjoyed my stay.

The manager she is just absolutely amazing delightful with beautiful energy she was very helpful with getting a room accommodated for me and a friend of mine very quickly getting us an extra bed and everything that we needed so I would say she is amazing and I am grateful for her my experience has been a beautiful One! The entire staff has been great and absolutely amazing! 🙏🏼❤️‍🔥😇⭐🔥✨

I have no idea as far as the motel part of this establishment. As far as the RV parking area, it's awesome, clean, neighborly. John, the owner, and his wife, friendly. John the manager, funny and friendly too! It's more like home than an RV park!

So staying at the deluxe RV park was actually pretty nice to me the place is actually cleaned up a lot in the past few years and the manager is an amazing person who is very helpful always there to help you anything you need no matter what time of the day or night she's there she's on site the rooms are very clean very well organized it's very tidy your neighbors are very friendly as well and it's an overall great place to stay conveniently placed in the nice part of the neighborhood where you can get to the stores the grocery store the gas stations the fast food restaurants the highways the light rail it's very convenient and I enjoyed my stay there.

This is the worst park I have ever been to. The owners also have both low end weekly and monthly motels located right next door and across the street. The restrooms are nasty and have fecal matter on the walls. No T.P. No paper towells. No toilet tank lids. drugs are sold in the open at thee park and the motels. Makes me wonder if the owners are involved in selling it. Prostitutes are all over as well. The owner is a man named Roger. He has a very rude old lady who runs it for him. Nice on the phone but make a complaint and she will be VERY NASTY. STAY AWAY!!

Manager was excellent. Housekeeping staff was very helpful and insightful. She seemed overwhelmed, possibly could use more help. Overall, a great place to stay.
