Delux Inn - Hotel in Clearwater - 1735 Gulf to Bay Blvd, USA

Positive: It was close to the area where we wanted to go for the weekend. Negative: The staff was okay, but not the nicest I have experienced. They asked for a cash deposit upon check in but didn't explain what the deposit was for. The overall area was a little shady, but that is not at the fault of the staff.

Positive: Excellent room. Very clean and the kitchen was well stocked. Water view. Great balcony. Very safe area. Negative: There was a mssing parking pass. Signs everywhere saying I would be towed without it. Nowhere to park. Staff would not answer my texts and emails or phone call for over 24 hours. Had to park 4 miles away and get rides. No blanket/spread bed#2. I froze. Negative: ""

The room was beautiful I guess the reviews was old because I didn't see not one bug in sight and the room was clean ,but I did clean it just to be sure it's a hotel after all .... ,but overall I actually stayed for two weeks because it was such a vibe. I didn't like though the owner would literally knock on the door 10:30am on the dot or that they didn't clean ,but they do tell you when you arrive they don't do house cleaning and you do have to get up to get your own towels and tissue other then that illl book here every time !

It was terrible. I did not expect one thing in the photos, but in fact another. The room is smoky, the bed linen is dirty, torn, everything around is dirty and broken. Cockroaches. Moths were flying everywhere. It's scary to get there again. I definitely don't recommend it.

Owner is down to earth and looks out for the place. Smoking and non smoking rooms available. Make sure you choose the right room type. You get what you pay for. Better description online would be helpful. Decent amount of parking. No elevator for upstairs rooms.

This was a very clean room. Love the extra touches. The bathroom even felt homey. The staff was very kind!! I never once seen a bug, contrary to the reviews. The TV continues to ask for a wifi. Yet, we wasn't really paying attention to it either. I would definitely stay here again!! The location is close to anything, shops, food. Loved it
