They seem friendly. Don't think they like certain people. I was lied on to my friend about not being there when she was working. Tried to make me look like a bad person and I'm not. Paid on time and early. Just watch who you talk to. No Mrs Karen not you or Kat it's was someone else. Y'all two have been nothing but nice. And Mr Kim is very friendly I'm a very respectful person

It's a cheap motel, but when you have no options, you do what you have to do. I personally would never choose to stay here, but I was visiting someone who did not have an option. They were in a spacious room that had 3 beds and a full-size refrigerator. They also have a temp service that transports people to and from work. I have no idea about the staff, as i said, I'm not the one that has to stay here.

Me and my my friend stayed here and it been nothing but drama wit the office people.. they falsely accused us of having people over and even in our rooms and wouldn’t even roll the cameras back or even let us speak to the owner

If u like a lot of Drama and entertainment this the place to come but the office people is very nice and will help you any way they can.. But u have people in the office that is nice . My fiancee worked there for 10 yrs and is longer able to work due health reason . Everyone liked him and come n and would ask for are ask about him they were very sorry he was no longer working they always made good comments about him they would say he helped them any was very kind and nice to them. They say to tell him hello and they miss him. But now we have real nice people n the office that will help you any way they can . Come to the Delta and try it you can make your experience a good one The people in the office and maintace are nice . I have no problems with any of the office people ar maitance they are very helpful. Rating a 4.

Doing a good job of helping west columbia show outsiders just how to experience life in a great style. Located in the heart of everything you could need while traveling. To the staff and Mr. Kim, keep up the good job.

I've stayed at the Delta in the late 80s and early 90s and it was affordable but not that clean. I was going to stay for a few days now(2019) because I'm visiting Cola but reading these reviews about still being nasty with roaches and bedbugs, I declined. Instead of Delta getting better over the years, they've gotten worse. They need to rebuild.

If you're the adventurous type then this is the place for you. Bring your saddle for the roach rodeo, or your guns for the turkey (breaking into my car) shoot. Avoid at all costs. You're better off sleeping in your car by the nearest McDonald's dumpster.

It's ok for the cheapest motel in columbia, sc mostly people stay here on a week by week basis. Its low income families. This place used to be really bad, with the women of the night, and drugs, but in the past few years, they have really cleaned the place up, I have several friends that live there, and they say it not bad at all, It's right across the street from walmart, there are lots of places to eat within walking distance, sonic drive in, Ruby Tuesday's , Chinese restaurant and Steve's firehouse Subs, and little ceasars, chick fillet, dollar tree, and so much more. Always call to make sure they have a room..90% of the women that reviewed this place were the hookers that lived there, they left bad reviews, because management kicked their whoring behind out, Good job management!!@@
