Comfy and cost affordable lodging in a good location especially if you’re road trippin. Manager is very friendly and helpful and the price is right. Thanks for the bottles of water :)

Rooms are good enough for the price but management seems to be in your business and it's not cool... Well confirmed management being all up in your business...if u pay for a week at a hotel what does it matter who I have at the hotel???? No nighttime visitors and it was 620 and this is quite possibly the worst room I've ever been in it seems like there has been people murdered here for sure... Don't waste your money to save 20 bucks....

My family and I stayed here for 2 months, and the staff was so kind and generous. The manager and his family have hearts of pure gold. They allowed us to keep our dog, and the room was clean and comfortable. My family and I really enjoyed our time here. I highly recommend it to anyone thay needs a place to stay.

I went in I asked if they had any weekly rentals they said yes I told him it was me and my three children my son was handicapped I let him know that I had service dogs with me he said absolutely no dogs it's the new policy I go there service dogs he says it doesn't matter and then he proceeded to tell me that he didn't have no rooms because my son was handicapped I had just watched two people from the hotel walk in with dogs. Told him I did not need handicapped room. We don't use the handicapped rooms...ever. he still said no.

This place was far from clean and quite frankly, I didn't feel comfortable with the idea of leaving my car in the area while heading out on the town. The sheets on the bed were stained and didn't appear to have been cleaned in quite some time. Same with the pillows. Inspecting the room, nothing at all appeared to be clean including the bathroom. The toilet was not flushed from the previous occupant which really set the bar for their cleanliness. The lock on the door was not properly attached to the wall, in fact, one screw was practically out of the wall.

I have stayed here many times. It is an older motel however I have no complaints. The staff is very friendly and nice. The rooms are good size and are always clean. The bathroom is always clean. The coffee in the mornings is always hot and good. I stay here every time I come to bay city. The price is awesome .

I stayed 4 nights at the Delta Hotel and found everything just fine. Being an older facility, I was pleasantly surprised that the room, although small, had been completely and tastefully renovated. Everything worked perfectly, the shower was hot and had good water pressure. The breakfast was VERY BASIC, just a few items, but I didn't expect a 100 item breakfast buffet in a budget hotel. Honestly, I was very pleased and satisfied, and would recommend to anyone.

We stayed here on short notice when passing through town, and it was absolutely fine. Obviously it is a motel so you expect the associated level of quality for your money -- it's cheap to stay here, after all.||||Our room was clean, the shower was brilliant, the guy working on reception was friendly (and rang us in the room a bit after we checked in to check if all was well). The fridge and aircon were in good order, the wifi was great, the beds were decent. The price included a basic breakfast -- coffee and raisin bran, or some other cereal. What's not to like?||||I'd stay here again.
