I made a purchase for a new laptop on December 2nd; however, I have not received any updates regarding the status of my order. Concerned about the delay, I contacted Dell's customer service on December 19th and spoke with a representative named Maria Valentina. She assured me that everything was in order and that I would receive my order soon. However, after waiting for another week, I still did not receive anything. In an attempt to resolve the issue, I sent an email directly to Maria, but unfortunately, she did not respond. To my surprise, when I checked the Dell order status, I discovered that my order had been cancelled without any notification from Maria or the company.
As a loyal customer who has been ordering electronics from Dell since 2017, I must say that this experience has left me extremely disappointed. The level of customer service I received, particularly from Maria, was subpar and unprofessional. Her manner of communication was rude, to the point where I had difficulty understanding her. This incident has significantly impacted my perception of Dell, and I am compelled to reconsider my future business with them.
Unreliable laptops! Hinges that break. Trackpads that go bad. Power supplies that stop working. Power sockets that break internally. Batteries that swell up and get hot. Battery charging bios fails on the road. Many notifications from dell bloatware. Switched to well made MacBook.

Don't buy Dell products their customer service is absolutely abhorrent, you have to go through 6 different departments, 4+ hours of phone "support", 12 different people with the company, multiple phone transfers, holds, and dropped calls in addition to emails, and extra "money-back garuentee" charges that they make darn near impossible just to get back even with a current warrenty to a supervisor and then you'll be lucky if they fix your problem. Absolutely will never but Dell again and will make sure to let the entire world know about my experience with them should I get the opportunity again. Absolutely awful experience.
This wasn't a horrible company to get a PC from. Especially for those that are students and such.
