run!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!ac does not work. security is nonexistent unless you call 911.questionable customers and owner. a no tell motel if ever there was one! this is me being nice about this place. locals need to close it down!!!! owner hides from people that need to talk to him and will not answer phone either. contacting volusia county about the type of business they let run in their county

Good location close to every thing you need or want including public buses. The motel has potential but I think they opened before they were ready. The maintenance guy is nice and helpful but the owner (the only person who can take payments) is never there, and does not answer or check his phone regularly. He also is not sure how to use his computer system. We answered and add on Craigslist for a certain rate for a week. We were told the rooms had recently been remodeled, the motel was quite and had free wifi. I understand a motel is not same quality as a hotel or resort but I do accept what I'm told to be true. We did pay a deposit. The room they checked us into was dirty when we entered. The bed was unmade with dirty sheets, trash on the floor, personal items in the bathroom and hair in the shower. They cleaned the room but did not even check the bathroom. The electronic lock on our door was broken. The ceiling had water and mold stains. The room had a very old and loud AC unit, the bathtub was rusty, the bathroom sink was clogged and the mini fridge did not have a freezer. The room did have working lights, TV and a microwave. They gave us a small plug in space heater because it was chilly. The outside and parking lot has been updated. This is no one's fault (maybe spectrums)but the internet would go out a few times a day. One day it was out for the whole business day. So if you plan to use there internet to do work while you are there be careful. Also the windows and doors were not replaced when they remodeled the room so the place is not quite. You can hear everything that goes on in the rooms next to you and in the parking lot. The smoke detector in our room and in other rooms kept going off for no reason. The fire department even showed up once. So after they left when it happened again the motel just took the batteries out of the smoke detector. The worst was trying to pay to extended our stay. The agreed upon price kept going up. We were trying to pay for another week the night before we would checked out.(check out 11am) I was told $300 plus tax in the evening and look for the link to pay. I got a link for 1 night. I sent him a text and after a while he responded with just pay that and I would send me another link in am with remaining balance. Around 10:40am I got a link to pay over $300. I sent a text asking why. He sent me a text back that it's $385 plus tax for this week, $433 total and next week it would go back down. When we went to go pay the total was $347 after we already paid $103. It was not our idea to break up the payments. We called to see why the price went up again and he did not answer the phone. He sent a text the it's his computer system and he can't help it and we have to pay what it says. What choice did we have this close to check out. We asked for clean towels and sheets since we where there 2 weeks. We never got either. While waiting on link to pay the maintenance man kept knocking on our door after dark about payment. We offered cash, debit card and cash app but he said he can't take payments. He said go online or use the link. We informed him we were still waiting on link and online wants another $100 deposit which we were not paying. He said ok look for link but it did not come that night. I waited until 11pm. At 7am he banged on our door and woke us up. I told him I still never got link and that I'm going to report the hotel. If you can't take a payment/money when offered or get a hold of the person who can don't go around trying to collect money. I did not see any bed bugs but some other small bugs near the fridge. There was no trash can in the room or bathroom.

No amenities no pool no ice you have wash your sheets and the price is crazy.

My stay I would rate as very well clean and peaceful pleasant people and a good new owner glad they took over the business there are new floors and maintenance being done but overall it's being restored and it's a good place to get away next to a plaza with furniture and Aldi's and dollar tree few gas stations and Publix as well as multiple restaurants all within a 3-5 mile radius come check it out

Very accommodating staff with clean rooms.

Stood the night here and couldnt even sleep, room was full of bed bugs. Then upon check out the owner asked me if i was smoking in the room which i didnt but i think he was trying to keep my deposit. Never again. Never been to such a bad hotel. Got no sleep. Bed bugs everywhere and when i found out about them at 2 in the morning i tried to go to the office and let them know but no one answered the door

Terrible. The owner was very rude. Almost to the point I had to get violent with him. Windows don't close in any room. Sheets all smell sour. Only clean thing was the restrooms.

It's a totally different wierd world. Manager was nice guy... It would probably violate the terms if I spoke about the owner though. I will never stay there again. I would rather live in a cardboard box.
