Del Tura is a great little course. Perfect for playing your irons and a few par fours front and back. With 27 holes it is an enticing course to play in season. Price is good. Course is in great shape and the staff was very friendly. Great course, great people, great time!

This is a 55 and up community. There are multiple swimming pools in the community that are kept warm for everyone's comfort. Every pool with the exception of one has a hot tub inside the swimming area. The grounds are kept nice, the homes are all nice, and the maintenance and garbage men are always on time and very polite and helpful.

One of the best local courses. The staff are very friendly and helpful. There is a practice area with an aqua range to use before you tee off. Very well maintained course with beautiful scenery. Mostly par 3s with some par 4s. It's a fun and challenging place to improve your skills. The poolside pub has some delicious food and great service. I can't wait to play again.

We love it here. We recently bought in here to live year-around. It is not cheap to live here. With the land-lease at over $1100 per month you nearly have to buy your home outright to afford the payments. The facility and golf course are maintained nicely. The management team is continuing to cleanup everything after Ian. The landscaping needs work in many areas. There are many activiities going on here so you can pretty much be busy everyday if you want to. Do as much or as little as you like. I do find the facebook residents page and HOA page to be a hoot. I chuckle at all the poking and arguing they do on those pages. I am sure they are doing what makes sense to them for the benefit of the community but you can see that there is some anamosity here and there. What do you expect..... there are northeasterners, midwesterners, southerners, and Canadians all bringing there culture to one place and trying to get along. I guess that it what living in Florida is all about. Overall, we find most everyone very nice and the management team to be knowledgeable and friendly. Come join us. I am sure you will find your group to join.

We have been here for almost five years. It’s not the same place. We recommended and brought in a few buyers. Now I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. One of our buyers moved out after staying a little over a year. Besides lot rent now being outrageous we are paying for services we don’t receive. The office staff and maintenance staff are rude and non-responsive. But what would you expect when the corporate office won’t even return calls and never answer the phone. Our first few years were exceptional but staff changes have been horrible and have caused such a mess. BUYER BEWARE!!!

Many activities to keep a person enjoyably active, from peaceful settings to parties and dancing, live entertainment, delicious meals! Oh, and 27 holes of golf!

Absolutely beautiful community and golf course!! Can't wait to be invited back to play again! Who knows maybe you can get a place there around 55!! 😎 Oh I did see a gator though the other day there AWESOME 😁

My parents live here it's nice but I feel they put too much for lot rent
