🍖 Located in the heart of downtown Mansfield, Texas, Del Toro BBQ serves delicious barbecue at a reasonable price! I highly recommend their signature burger, the Del Toro, and their Prime Brisket and Pork Belly Burnt Ends! Food: Their barbecue is legit! Juicy, melt-in-your-mouth bites of brisket and flavor-packed pork belly burnt ends - that's what you can expect at Del Toro. I will say, their Pork Belly Burnt Ends were a bit on the sweet side, but it did not take away from anything - just something to note. The Del Toro burger was fantastic - it held up well, jam-packed with flavor, and filling. It has their brisket, coleslaw, and chimichurri served on a brioche bun - just excellent! Service: We had a fantastic server. We came with a pretty large party (13) and she was able to seat us outside with the cool weather. She was quick to seat us, serve us, and attentive throughout the entire meal. Great service. Atmosphere: There was plenty of seating both inside and outside. We really enjoyed the outside seating. Our kids were able to get up and run around.

I must say the food was disappointing. I found this place on Tiktok and decided to give it a shot. Atmosphere and vibe was amazing! Our waitress, Jordan, was EXCELLENT and very attentive. However, the food left much to be desired. The smoked turkey was bland. The mac and cheese was dry. The birria taco was oily. My Love tried to doctor his food up the best he could but left with his appetite unsatisfied. We may give it another shot because we were soo pleased with the other elements, but not too sure after that meal.

This was my first time here and it was a pretty nice place. Good location, great atmosphere and food was good. I really liked the pork belly burnt it was very tasty, I also had the Mac and cheese and beans all very good. The only reason I did not give a 5 stars is because the food was lukewarm instead of hot. I’m sure it was sitting under a heat lamp.

Ordered a Del Toro sandwich for pick up and came home to eat it for dinner. After going halfway in I started chewing on something hard what I thought was a bone. Turns out it was a piece of metal. Looks to be a washer from maybe one of the equipment or machines in the kitchen. Good thing I didn’t chew too hard. This is usually my go to place for local BBQ the food is amazing but the service and sanitation could be better. I have to give you 3 stars.

Very nice outdoor eating area. Delicious BBQ options and sides. Prime Brisket, Turkey and Seared Cabbage. The Ranch Hand plate was really good. Excellent service. Highly recommend Del Toro BBQ.

Hands down - some of the best brisket and especially, the yummiest ribs, I have had in many years of hitting up smoke shacks. And a brewery to boot. Friend had the Turkey and Mac and cheese…..all quality eats. Highly recommend.

Great services and greeted by Travis to help us with menu selections. I totally enjoyed the pork ribs and the birria taco. My wife liked the smoked turkey with her salad. We will come back again!

We really enjoyed eating here overall. It was really hot inside due to the ovens as well as the Texas heat wave. The other drawback was the flies. The food was fantastic though and we really enjoyed the craft sodas in the fountain machine. All of the staff here were incredibly friendly. They even answered our dairy free questions with ease. If you are a brisket fan…. I recommend choosing the sliced brisket over the chopped as it was much juicier and not as dried out. The bathrooms are accessible but potentially difficult to navigate if you had a wheelchair and the restaurant was crowded. We will definitely go back in the future maybe on a cooler day in the fall.
