Del Taco - Fast food restaurant in Apple Valley - 12207 Apple Valley Rd, USA

Went to the drive thru for the first time at this Del Taco and the experience was pleasant. The young man at the window was very helpful as I was trying to use the app for the first time and didn't understand it. I was very pleased with his patience and helpfulness.

Charged me for something I didn't get and the food was cold. Refused to refund or replace. Used to be great but now it is garbage all the good employees must have found better paying jobs. Edit: update: they offered to give me less than half of the cost of the order to resolve my issue with them. What a joke.

Every other time i go here they manage mess up my order. How hard is it to not put sauce on my order when i ask for no sauce!?. And since when are they substituting hasbrowns with fries in their breakfast orders? There wasnt even a warning like "hey were out of hasbrowns, are fries ok?" Nope just rush you through the order and completely mess it up.

This is the first time I was not completely happy with what I ordered normally portion sizes are perfect but this time my bidding green burritos one more tortilla then bean bean and cheese. My del Taco tacos were perfect

EXTREMELY DIRTY!!! We deserve a clean establishment, it's almost 11am and this place is filthy. The floors are sticky, the tables are dirty, coachroach on the floor! If this is how the dinning area looks, imagine the kitchen. Please GOD, I hope I don't get food poisoning.

Probably a corporate issue however the fries taste like funnel cake fries due to they are fried in the same oil. This place doesn't know how to cook fries well done as well.

Much better than it use to be- faster, back to giving good portions (twice I ordered beef nachos only to get home and find no beef or about three teaspoons of beef, that's not happened lately), better staffed. I simply won't try to order anymore when there are only two or so working staff. Was in UK where I are at two fast food places. Both places had much better quality food, because Europe doesn't allow many of the toxic chemicals used in fast food, but the biggest surprise was to find 12 to 19 people working the kitchen, a person at each call register and one or two people welcoming us and cleaning tables as people left. I asked them if it was always staffed like this and both people told me it was, plus they were paid about $23 and$26 dollars and hour (respectively because it was in Euros) plus 4 weeks off in UK and six weeks off in Germany and France! They called it holiday pay in case they get sick or just need time off/vacation. It just boggled my little mind at the huge difference.

Fast and friendly service, the lady at the drive thru window was so attentive and gave the right hot sauces!
