Del Taco - Fast food restaurant in Lone Tree - 7506 Parkway Dr, USA

My husband went through drive thru and they only gave him part of the order. He went back and they would not make it right. We will never be back.

This evening at 11:45 I had a craving for one of my favorites, good food quickly restaurants, Del Taco. Unfortunately, the simple drive there and order didn't go as planned. The old saying in life, " It takes a lifetime to build a positive reputation, but it takes a second or in this case one individual to ruin it! As did the night shift manager this evening who refused to honor a store credit by the day shift managers, Cinthia. She wrote on the back of a receipt with her signature that I can order "ANY free meal, one." It was compensation for a meal that I clearly was not happy with from that morning. I returned it showed it to the manager so they could see why I wasn't happy with a meal I ordered at 2AM. If you sell food at 2AM and charge the same price as what is being sold at 5pm then is should taste just as fresh, not cold and old! Instead of asking for a refund, I was happy with store credit because I do enjoy almost every meal at Del Taco and been going there for 20yrs. Before I ordered I told the individual on drive through speaker i had a credit given to me for any one meal. The night manager clearly didn't believe me from the look on his face and demeanor after showing the handwritten note. He kept me waiting at 11:45pm as he attempted to call Cinthia to verify what I was saying to be true. He couldn't reach her after five minutes of trying. He came back to say she must have meant # four or five on the menu. How he came up with those #'s I have no clue. but night shift manager chose to not honor his day shift managers note. What I ordered was $17, he said I would need to pay additional $11 for the meal because with tax he said it would be $22. I guess he felt it was too high for a store credit when he never saw the old receipt. I asked for my handwritten not back and left there with NOTHING, other than still being hungry! It was clearly embarrassing to be treated as though I was either lying or taking advantage of the situation all while the other employees were staring at me like I did something wrong.

Del Taco does a pretty darn good job and those folks work very hard it was very busy seems to be extremely popular takes a little bit of time to get through but it's worth it they sure fill up the tacos with everything you like price is good too. Big thanks to those extremely hard working people that made that stuff really good.

I had the taco Tuesday deal and literally had tacos with either no lettuce or cheese in them. The shells were stale and broken. The only consistency was that all of them had a tablespoon of beef. Ended up with a horrible stomach ache. I am a Del rewards app user and asked the manager if my earned points would expire at the end of the year. She told me "Yes". I did my own research and found out they don't unless you leave the account inactive for 6 months. Wow, what's up with managers not knowing how things work where you're the boss? Rewards program is a scam. I've reached the highest tier/ level and have received squat. They advertise food items for reaching the top level, like an Epic Burrito. I have never received one in the 3 years I've been in the program. UPDATE: Since the tacos suck, I decided to try the breakfast burritos. Here is what you get with an egg & cheese $4.19 burrito. Very skimpy. It looks as though the eggs are from a box and grill scrapings are just added for seasoning. Notice the darkness in the eggs? That's from the grill they cook them on. Also, they're very greasy. Enough to give you a stomach ache. Well, we now know that the tacos AND breakfast burritos are both worthy of stomach aches. Consistency. Try a local Mexican restaurant that serves breakfast burritos. They are not only cheaper, but are larger, fresher and have no grill color added. I will reluctantly use up my points and uninstall this app. C'mon Man.

Bathrooms were not clean, urine all over bottom of toilet in woman’s bathroom, ordered two grilled chicken soft tacos and received breaded chicken. Went to call and get error message for phone number not working. Deserves zero stars

Staff is slow , nice but slow, food can be improved, also they don't put much meat in tacos it was more lettuce and tomatoes, not much cheese. The eating area was clean. Overall needs improvement on time from ordering to receiving food, adding more meat to tacos instead of just lettuce and tomatoes also needs to add more cheese to tacos

I like to come here after work once a week. The food is always good. I thought they were 24 hours but accidentally dropped by just before close but the crew didnt turn me away and hooked me up. Thanks guys, I always appreciate you and your hard work.

I live in KS and have not had Del Taco in over a year. I really enjoy Del Taco. I had the cheesy chicken quesadilla taco and the chicken taco salad. Both were very good for an inexpensive meal.
