Nasty, dirty hotel. I saw roaches on several occasions, gross!

They buy and sell food stamps, they discriminate, they have black mold, bed bugs, the rooms are drafty and dirty, they never have anything to clean, and sex offenders among other things. I've even seen albino cockroaches.

The pillows are very fluffy and it's a amazing community from the people at the counter to the residents. Del motel is helping me change my life for the better, family friends and lovely staff. 5 stars ✨

Stay away. Bed bugs cockroaches it's loaded. Not really any stores nearby. Loud all the time. Cops in and out all day/night. Most of the people here are housed by dss and most staying here have some sort of drug problem. Rooms get broken into. No hot water at the del 2 if you get lucky you might get 10 minutes of hot water. Owner will complain about everything. Every single room smells like cigarette smoke. They dont clean the place well. There's a good chance someone has overdosed and died in the room you stay in. Everything including driving by this place screams stay away.

DSS put me here a couple days ago and so far there's no issues other than the fact that there's no coffee I don't know what everybody else is talking about saying no roaches and other stuff and saying how bad this place is it's really not that bad and I'm very glad to call it home temporarily

I've been in three rooms and wasn't satisfied but neither one of them

The ABSOLUTE WORST PLACE ever had misfortune of staying, only because it was the last place in vicinity that had a room available at midnight, despite my reservation made in advance, and yet the woman (owner?) chastised me for being so late to check in. Knowing it was last minute and busy week-end in the area, I still tried calling other hotels when we arrived and saw the place, willing to pay again elsewhere and losing my money here, with no luck because I was afraid to stay there with 2 kids. You're better off sleeping in your car. The door barely worked, and my kids feared someone would break in- exterior door was like a closet door that I could have put my hand through. There was sheet rock breaking and exposed area on one wall, no closet and no place to put your stuff- we left all in car for fear of bugs. There was a huge cobweb and dead spider attached to one bed spread and the wall next to it. Bed spreads were nasty ancient and the sheets were not pleasant at all. My kids and I were afraid to touch anything with any part of body. Room was hot as heck when we got in at 1:00 am, and window was left open. Bathroom- heinous! The door was not even aligned nor did it fit the frame so you could not shut bathroom door all the way if you tried. Black stuff (?mold) on ceiling, ancient sink and tiny mirror. The towels were more like rags- harsh, stained and faded white that had consistency of cardboard. I doubt they were even full size- looked more like hand towels. My daughter refused to use the bathroom whatsoever, and waited until 7:00 am when we left and drove to walmart to use their bathrooms to wash up and brush our teeth. Yes- it was that bad, we actually preferred the walmart bathroom (since it was so early, we were fortunately the first ones to use the bathrooms so not too dirty yet). Beds sagged in middle. Would have slept in car but I needed to lie down to drive. We barely slept anyway- awful experience.

The place should be BULLDOZED TO THE GROUND!!!!!!! It was so bad that I took pictures. I had just spent a 19 hour day working and needed a place to sleep. Would have been better off sleeping in the grass. Shower didn't work, shower curtian and some kind of bath tub was moldy. Air conditioner was held in the wall with duct tape. Walls were all marked up, inside of door looked like it had not been cleaned in 10 years. Bare wood for the bathroom door frame. Ceiling in bathroom was moldy and saging. The exhaust vent was 3/4 blocked with dirt and dust. The bedspread had whiteish stains in differant places that had the definite look of two people having naked fun. Wireing was not up to code, at least the wires that are exposed don't appear to be.||The web site is a fraud from what I stayed in. It is a single floor strip motel from the '50s in an industrial setting, across the street from a "STRIP CLUB". I arrived at 11pm,with it raining and could not see the surounding area. In the morning reality struck. In 21 years of traveling for my job and stopping for the night when too tired to continue, I have never been in a place this bad. When I called 2 days later after finding their web site, I ask what was going on. After a pause, the reply was " THAT IS OUR OTHER MOTEL" Yea, right! Same address and phone number. I would rate this place the same as a low cost motel in some back country town in SOUTH AMERICA!
