I was visiting a friend who has a sailboat in the San Pedro/L.A. Harbor. I needed to be close-by but be on a serious budget. I looked at the other low-budget places in the area and decided on this one. Probably the best <$40 a night place in SoCal. Rooms are small to average, no-frills but clean...TV and nice sized bathroom. Some rooms have refrig. and microwave. Other comparably priced hotels are jokes compared to this one. I've stayed at 5star hotels and resorts before (LaQuinta Resort, Fairmont, Westin, etc.) and I must say, the manager tries to live up to those standards, albeit <$40. Located in industrial area. Manager is a godsend, but when I tried to contact her to make a reservation, was tough to track down. Be persistent though, it's worth it.|
I currently live here. Have lived here for over a year.Out of all the inexpensive places in town,it is one of the best.It is kept up pretty well.
How can I book a room when they don't answer their phone? If it rings and rings and rings and finally becomes a fax machine
Bad place to visit and stay. People live there for years, until they die

There is this amazing worker here. Vanessa is her name. She is beyond amazing. She has helped myself and my children many times. My little ones played there making slime to events in their gym. Always a great welcoming crew.
Tend to go early mornings, my daughter enjoys the newly built playground, she to play around with out a worry also my dog is able to run freely with out people being around. (I got a rottweiler)
I went here to get some tea, and I honestly thought I wasn't going to get much when I was at the store looking through their menu. For god's sake they put chocolate under green tea and a green tea blend under oolong. Not to say much of their menu are
