Best restaurant in Corvallis. I've dined here several times and have always been happy with my meal and the dining experience. The only negative comment came from others in my party who received their dinner drinks from the bar long after the meal arrived. They made the comment that this has happened more than once with different servers so it appears to be an issue at the bar. Everything else was great and we highly recommend it. I thought the Wednesday special (tacos) were some of the best I've had and the key lime pie dessert was fabulous.

Celebrated my birthday with my family in this gorgeous place. The atmosphere was very relaxing, staff very welcoming and knowledgeable-especially Oscar and Abigail, and I loved every minute of it! Thank you Del Alma for making my special day extra special 🥳

I've sit at the bar lounge. Waitress was super nice and she knew well the menu. I've read another comment about the food being cheap compared to some big cities restaurants. I was shocked to get that much food with high quality ingredients for the price I paid. They have a Great selection of wine and I appreciate the flight option! I would have appreciate a little music as. Ambiance but other than that it was a great experience.

Delightful food and service. Make sure to make a reservation! The yellowfin tuno crudo was amazing! Plan extra time for parking due to the downtown location.

We came to del Alma from out of town for my brother's wedding reception. They had a wonderful set up for our group of ~35 people in a private room with views of the river walk. Being inside del Alma, you would hardly guess that you were downtown. Our server, Taylor, was wonderful, and I cannot say enough positive things about how helpful she was and definitely added to our experience. Their food was delicious. I am not a pork person normally, but I would say they do a great job with that meat between the flautas appetizers and cochinita pibil. Their kale is also wonderfully seasoned and flavorful that even my dad said the "rabbit food" was good. I would highly recommend them if you're considering a nice dinner or hosting a private event.

The dessert here is amazing, and the service is great. The presentation of the food is fantastic. However, everything tastes a bit salty for me, even though I generally prefer a saltier taste. It's unfortunate that they are only open for dinner, as I would love to come here for coffee and dessert. On Wednesdays, they offer a three-course meal for a reasonable price if you want to try their food. Overall, it's a good place to come for a special occasion.

My husband & I had a wonderful dinner at Del Alma, a Latin Fusion restaurant in downtown Corvallis across from the river walk. The service was friendly and attentive, and the food was delicious and fresh. We ordered the Tequila Prawns as an appetizer, an excellent flavor. There were three prawns, however, sharing as a couple, I wish they would include four. I had the Chicken Zarandeado for my main course, which was very flavorful. My husband had a special pork dish not on the main menu, which was tender and juicy. Del Alma is a nice place to celebrate special occasions. We plan to come back soon and try the Wednesday three-course meal.

Everything was perfect. Food was delicious. Took the $35 3 course meal at the bar area. Food was tasty, portions were reasonable. The waitress was great too. Very nice and very efficient. Highly recommend this place. Although the restaurant is almost always fully booked, the small wine bar area next to it has availabilities. Go and enjoy
