Deer Park Motor Inn - Motel in Deer Park - 354 Commack Rd, USA

I came from out of town they had a very bad attitude. It was just me and my one-year-old toddler. They act as if my whole family was going to stay there. They also act like I was lying. Very bad customer service. And there was a bunch of them sitting behind a desk giggling laughing and drinking alcohol!

It's a run down, older looking motel. The people that own the place seem very nice.And- the hotel is clean enough. But, the room I stayed in was shabby looking, the bathroom door had a hole in it, and the fixtures are old. Would not recommend staying in this motel for any length of time. Unless you are in need of staying somewhere overnight in Deer Park , and are not able to book another motel or hotel for your stay.

My friend came over to visit and wanted a place to stay close to me. We chose this place because it’s close to me. Unfortunately, this place was so disappointed to both of us. I wish I can give less than one star. You may consider to stay in there if you are extremely desperate and there is no other places to go. Otherwise, its not worth wasting your money and staying in unsafe place.

Horrible the manager is beyond rude my girlfriend was in the hospital and i work alot and was having issues with my car so because of that he told me i can not get a room! If your a long term stayer he likes to be in your business alot and know everything he will not compromise and help you out a little. There are roaches exterminators come every monday but it does not help the walls are thin you hear everything.the water is usually always cold and takes 25 mins to warm up and the maids do not clean up well enough i have found crack pipes under the beds. i have found trash laying around the room.just a really bad experience overall for someone who goes to work to get money to pay them and basically keeps the lights on with 4 other families you think that it would be better !!! Worst experience ever take your money somewhere else especially for the pricing

An absolute trash heap of a hotel. Pictures online are not correct. Burns in the blankets, room smells like an ashtray, watched a drug deal go down across the parking lot it’s another room, walked in for 30 minutes and left. Management wouldn’t refund the stay of 120$ even though we were there for 30 minutes. Complete misrepresentation and will be calling the better business bureau. Steer clear of this place!!!!

Stay included three overnights with no maid service. The towels were an issue, to replace used for clean we were to bring them to the maid while she was on her shift. Which I was asked too much about my I guess the staff is all of 4 people? No one has been there for my bff to pay the rent before he leaves for work early am. I've been here before the lowest price is 95 for a queen bed, micro, refrigerator, wifi and 2 chair table set with an out of the bathroom wash sink full working bureaus?; and microwave for the price is sweet...but this visit also included no hot water the rate is the lowest in the area but maybe they should bump it up? The staff is family, family always grumpy and ready to throw you out when your about to renew the room for another night. Very unpleasant experience

I have to agree with guyhi677yd this place looks and feels dirty they do not even try to keep it up it rundown and god I wish there was someplace close to where I be working that I could go elsewhere because if I could I would be gone and I just chucked in today. as I am righting this review. The will not check you in when you arrive at 4am in the morning the staff force you to wait in till after 8am before they even open for bushiness and the internet is not fast at all its very slow. This place feels like someplace you could see very bad things happening. Stay anywhere else but here.

No complimentary breakfast as advertised. Old duvets, tiny TV, no cable channels as advertised. Complete write off. They can't put up photos because it's a dingy place. Bath water takes ages to get hot. Poor customer service and for the price of $95, no, totally not worth it. Highly do not recommend.
