I just tried to access their website to find out more about the place, but nothing comes up. We are thinking of moving to the area within the next year, or so. And this mobile home park looks very nice.

Deerbrook is a very nice quite neighborhood. Always seems peaceful.
I have lived here for a short time. My interactions are not many BUT those I have are with friendly folk. The amenities are nice for adults and kids - a pool, tennis courts, basketball courts, playground for little ones and lots of paths and streets for walking. All are risk free for a resident.
A community of prefab homes. Very clean and quiet. Management takes very good care of the grounds. I think it's the nicest prefab community in the state. They do offer activities. You could become as involved as you want to. Or just stay to yourself.
Very homely place. My aunt has lived here for nearly 35 years since I can Remember. I love to.go to her house and have family gatherings. It is great family living. Even has a community pool and activities.
Nicest newer built mobile-manufactured home neighborhood subdivision around. This is the place to live! Only problem is some expensive and very overpriced homes! Definitely better than the place on 1 in Edison, NJ or other greedy and nasty places like that. This place has everything too. Driveway, park, pool, playground, club, storage parking, and facility. Good neighborhood area. Quiet and convenient. Close to everything. Local bus transit.
