Deco Boutique Hotel - Hotel in Fort Lauderdale - 1147 Seabreeze Blvd, USA

We booked on Airbnb and arrived to a room that was NOT the photos. Air BNB has a pending investigation on this hotel, AVOID AT ALL COST! Super sketchy guys walking around(appears to be on drugs) and super unfriendly. Dirty, bugs, everything on the negative reviews are correct! This place should refund people their money for scamming them online with clearly fake photos.

NASTY. Turned the bathroom light on and looked up and saw a big dead COCKROACH. Left a water jug open for 1 min and walked away and a baby roach climbed in moved my stuff and saw a little one run away. I get it humid weather but they need someone to spray monthly or something. We found on airbnb and once they were notified they then sent someone to spray they legit just sprayed raid. They need some REAL process to kill them. The whole hotel is run down doors don’t close all the way, all different types of keypad entry so you don’t know who tf has a code to open your door. Overall just stay away.

SCAM! I arrived to this hotel and left almost immediately as the room wasn’t suitable. I was in contact with the staff about a refund. They contacted me the day I should have been checking out to discuss a refund and we agreed on a refund minus the 2 nights the room couldn’t be rebooked. Also on this call they asked ‘please don’t leave a negative review as it affects our bookings’ (so I would be doubtful to believe other reviews are genuine) It’s been 3 weeks and the won’t update on the refund. They won’t answer the phone. And I message daily to be told every day ‘we’ll pass this onto our team’ This is an average motel at best. Not a boutique hotel as advertised.

This place was horrible right from the beginning. there is no lobby to check in the floors are slimy, the bathrooms are old, shower was lukewarm warm, there are people hanging out outside until 1:30 in the morning right outside of our door the TV does not work correctly because they do not replace the batteries in the remotes. The door does not lock properly. The place also has a musty odor to it. found a bug in one of the beds. couldn't get out soon enough. It was too late to find something else until the next day.

Scam!! Beware!! Wish I had read the reviews before my fiance booked. Thankfully we never even made it out of the lobby before we decided to leave! There is no host and when we contacted the manager he was extremely rude! Even telling my fiance to “shut up” and asking her where she was from!? In which he responded “ That makes since”. I have never in any form of hospitality been treated to disrespectfully! We have requested a refund but I don’t believe we will see that happen! Keep it! This is a SCAM!!!! Beware!!

We found this location through Airbnb and were very pleased! It served its purpose and more! The location was very close to the Fort Lauderdale beach and the pools on sight were clean and nice!

Welcome to the Cockroach Motel. This place is filled with cockroaches. I had to kill the biggest cockroach I had ever seen. The place had an overwhelming smell of mold/mildew. There was no hot water in the shower, and I mean none at all. The place was not as advertised as in the picture and the pictures of the bathroom in the listing were of a completely different room altogether. The photos that were in the advertisement were photoshopped to have things that were there like the ceiling fan, which was replaced with a light from the 1980's. Tables and chairs were also photoshopped in, and I also believe the bed frame was photoshopped in. The only good thing about this place is when you decide to leave, it's only a short walk across the street to the Marriott. Host stopped responding to me when I confronted them about the deplorable conditions and refused to give me a refund.

Its comfortable, quiet and clean. It's close to everything but far enough away from the noise on the strip. This is my 2nd time here and pleased both times
