De Asian Restaurant - Japanese restaurant in Anacortes - 710 Commercial Ave, USA

The fish was so fresh, it was hard not to keep ordering all the items on the menu. A great chef from Thailand made our sushi and encouraged us to enjoy some beer while we waited. Great conversation with that gentleman! Will definitely go back when in town. There was also a customer with a dog so it's seemingly pet friendly for all you traveling with pups.

Went there for my birthday. It was pretty busy for a Tuesday, but we got our food fairly quickly. The food was good, but not great. My favorite was Green Giant Roll, nice combination. Sadly Double Salmon Roll disappointed a bit with salmon not tasting very fresh. Massaman Curry was okay, but not as good as in Naung Mai. And the deep-fried ice cream I got was odd and tasted stale (but that was a free item, so I didn't say much). I was surprised to hear they no longer do military discounts, but it's common.

@deasianrestaurant is a good new place in Anacortes. The owner is a very nice person and does beautiful sushi that is also delicious. The Avocado Curry was spectacular, in fact all their curries are spectacular. We had the Tony The Tiger Roll and The Beauty & The Beast roll for sushi and both were delicious. It’s nice to have a sushi option on the island. Definitely island pricing, be prepared for that.

Nice staff. The sushi plate was very good and a lot more food than expected. The bomb roll is a new favorite. The garlic beef was well done.

Have eaten here twice for lunch. Just love the food here! Have enjoyed Chicken Satay with plum sauce, vegetable spring rolls, and Basil fried rice with pork. Loved all of these dishes and enough to bring home for leftovers. My friends enjoyed Pad Thai and Won Ton soup. The service was very good. Friendly server. Food came to our table in timely manner. Definitely will return.

Best sushi place in Skagit County! The food surprised us at every turn. Crisp delicious fried apps. Shockingly good starter salad. Beautifully plated high quality sushi. We will be going back.

Amazing all around Asian restaurant, if you think that this is a jack of all Asian food restaurant, don’t be fooled! The service was amazing, the sushi and sashimi was so fresh and tasty, Thai food was authentic, and ambience was also superb. A gem in Anacortes. Coming from southern California in an area full of top tiered asian restaurants, this was up there. Thank you for living up to your name, this was definitely “De Asian” restaurant :)

Seattle Quality Sushi Without The Drive - feel we 'invest' in sushi when dining in Seattle. This is the foodie jewel our Friday Harbor pals correctly rave about. Stunning in its clear, clean fish flavors. More than fair in its pricing. Artful presentation and friendly service with the perfect amount of hover without intrusion on date night. We skipped lunch and ate a big part of the dinner menu. All fabulous!
