Very large park with baseball, soccer, volleyball, basketball (2 courts) and pickleball courts.
The parking lot is also fairly large.
Nice, maintained, spacious neighborhood park.
Plenty of picnic benches under a canopy of shade tress.
A playground for children and workout stations for adults.
There is also a volleyball court and horse shoe ring courts. And walking paths.
And restrooms.
The bathrooms here are disgusting. I go here every week due to practices for my children and there's always pads on the floor once I even found a needle I had to call the city and have them come and clean it up. The sink is disgusting the floor is disgusting the toilets look like they don't get scrubbed. At times I've gone into it has been feces that has been spread on the floor or pooped in the corner and then I'll come back a second time during the week and it's still sitting there. And there are a lot of homeless at this park in which I have never been bothered by any but they do frequent the bathroom and they will stay in the handicap restroom 4 hours sleeping or doing whatever else it is that they're doing in there. One time I went and the homeless were underneath where all the benches are and they had made the benches into beds for themselves by putting sheets and mattresses on top. And then they had the sheets hanging down so that way they had a little hideaway spot underneath the tables. And I understand they need somewhere to go during the day and parks are for everybody they don't have to take over the benches and make it to where we can't even sit and have lunch with our children. This park has potential to be it's those few things could be address. Oh and the ants there are vicious. We've had to call multiple times and ask them to have the park sprayed because we have been to the point where they were climbing into my child car seat and he had a bunch of welts on him and on my legs and the girls on the team. So my suggestion to you if you go to this Park where's bug spray for the mosquitoes and take raid and spray all around where you will be sitting. I still have welts on my from being bitten up two weeks ago and so does my son. The playground is very nice my kids enjoyed it and I actually enjoyed watching them play it seemed to be well-kept. The picnic area is usually packed sometimes with homeless but a lot of the time it's more so companies that are having parties or men going there after work to have their beers. And of course it is a dog-friendly Park just make sure to have your dog on a leash like any other.
first time here. found it because needed to charge vehicle. great park with a lot of well-maintained exercise equipment and children's playground. was playing on it with my parents who are in their 70s while we waited for the car to charge. there were other people using the equipment also but it wasn't crowded and we didn't have to wait on any machine for our turn. some allow multiple user access at a time. very user friendly park.
Truly enjoy this park how big it is and despite the many people that come the park is usually clean. Only downside is lately you see more activity by homeless in the restroom. Other than that it has a good size for you to enjoy a walk with your kids or pets.
Baseball field nice. Mini soccer field is awesome. Has lights perfect outta work wanna play with my children I can. Watch for people with dogs off leash. Call for dog leash law. No one wants dog running up to child knocking him down scratching him. Wild animal wild owner. Wish restrooms opened a bit earlier for older folk using the weight training. Old folks do wake up early. Public park for all not just hobos

Unfortunately you can see that we are not taking great care of our parks. Because it's also our responsibility to keep our parks clean. It's a big and pretty park with basketball courts Play grounds and more amenities.
Please be responsible of your pets and clean up their mess.!🙂
