I was very disappointed to learn that this is a Christian company but its leadership does not stand behind Christian values in conducting dealings in a manner that projects the best image of the company. I have a good friend who was hired by this company as the supervisor of the print shop. He was hired based on his experience and professionalism. This company did not support him. As a Christian myself and having worked in Human Resources, I could quickly identify the strategic plan leading up to his unfavorable outcome as he would mention that they did not support or listen to him when asked how things were progressing in the job. You see, oftentimes when one has the ability to think for themselves and out-of-the box without the reliance of others, things can quickly change, particularly if you are not aware of what the real agenda is. I felt compelled to write this review for someone I have known for many years and is an honorable person. He expressed that they hired him on promises that they did not keep such as having full control of his department as the print shop supervisor and the ability to move the department forward in order to make it more profitable, but what they did not hold themselves accountable for was not fully relinquishing all of the responsibilities to him in order to make it happen. In fact, they allowed a former employee to relocate to another state, work remotely and stay in contact with the clients, which prevented him from building a relationship with them. The female employee would not release client information to him. Management was aware of this. She delegated work and was given the authority to assign tasks to him, though he was informed that she was not his supervisor. Then why let her delegate? She was also assigned to quality control his work along with a friend of hers who works for the company, which in my opinion, could have been manipulated, particularly since there had not been transparency up to that point. His involvement in the quality control process should have been necessary; however, it was not. He was let go and informed that he was not steering the print shop in the company’s direction. There is something gravely wrong with this picture. He could have done an outstanding job, but leadership did not relinquish full responsibility to him in order to effectively flourish in his role. Great leaders meet with employees to discuss the direction the company is going. That never happened, nor was there any reports about subpar work or performance issues. Amazing! This just seemed like the epitome of a set up and is the thanks that good, hard-working people of integrity gets. Having experience, I have a good idea why this happened. I would not be surprised that he was a placeholder for the 2 interns that were hired to work in the print shop, which he trained by the way. He was good enough to train, but not good enough to lead the print shop in a certain direction. Poppycock! This company was not transparent and had an agenda that obviously did not include him. This is extremely sad, but very common. This is why a myriad of employees are leaving the workplace and finding alternative ways of generating their own wealth in order to get away from office politics, nepotism, unfair treatment and toxicity in the workplace. Nothing that this company did reflects real fruit of Christianity. Shame on them! You will know them by their fruit. Matthew 7:20.
Dan Marchetti and his team are the best in the business. There are rarely issues with any of our equipment but when we do run into an issue, they are all over it. Dan himself delivered a toner cartridge on a Friday evening to us when we had run out. Being in the real estate business, paper was everything to us and it was a critical time and Dan came through. They are a great partner.
It has been a pleasure working with DCA Technology for the past 9+ years. They provide quality products, excellent service, and immediate response to the rare issue that may arise. Truly a trusted partner for our charity, and I highly recommend their services! Mike S. of BBBSNCA
Receive sales calls from this company almost weekly. I finally answered and told them that I get several calls a week and to remove my number. I immediately got a call back from a supervisor disputing that claim, telling me the last time they called, and said he's just doing his job. You should never work with a company that will call back after saying remove my number!
