Location is amazing, right on the beach. Unfortunately, I can't say the same for the staff or the room. Front office was closed so had to call to check in. Once entering the room, it was clearly not what was advertised. Floor unswept, dirt in the bedding, mold all over the mattress and inside the AC unit making it smell terrible, and there were roaches crawling on the stove. Had someone with us who has medical issues so we requested to have our stay refunded. Made us jump through hoops before asking us to not leave a bad review and telling us to leave. Would not recommend at all.

Pretty basic. Nothing special but doable. Right on the beach and close by food and stores. This is our third time coming to this location in the past 4 years. We got the big room with the beach view. The only downfall this year was the pool... Due to Florida weather storms there was damage to the pool walls so it is not accessible until hopefully what they said "in September." No refunds are allowed so the manager did give us a free night stay due to the inconvenience because we didn't know about the pool situation. Great staff and very helpful! Will be returning hopefully when the pool is up and running. And you're on the beach people stop complaining about a little sand in the rooms!

Literally the only good thing about this place is the location. Do not stay here!! Our room had sand all over the floor and the sheets of the bed. The counter had coffee all over it and the wall so you could tell it had not been cleaned. You can never get ahold of the owner. She put a padlock on the office door and was never there and never answered the phone. We got locked out of our room at night with a toddler. We called the phone probably 30 times and she never answered. We watched drug deals in the parking lot. We stayed one night and it was so bad that we packed all of our stuff up at 11 at night and moved to a different hotel. Again do not stay here!! It is truly disgusting and awful!

Best location! 24 hour store right across the street. Many places to eat and shop within walking distance. Pool stays in the sun and is just above the beach with the inlet in the same parking area. The rooms needed updates when I was there for 3 weeks but the suites are a very nice affordable option for large guest counts. Full kitchen with all amenities needed to prepare meals. I will be back. For sure.

I've stayed at budget hotels and never experienced the amount of filth like this place. This hotel is poorly taken care of. The office is closed 24/7. You have to call a number to reach some lady who you don't know who it is. No room service. The room is dirty. Sand all over the floor, shower drain clogged, dirty bed sheets with previous renter's body hair, and jurassic Park size roaches. We planned to stay 2 nights and only managed to stay one. We tried to push through, but the place is a dump. This place need to be inspected and closed. They can keep the money, they need it more to fix it

After making reservations for my family for a week after it took a week to even get someone to call me back to even make reservations and someone finally calls me back. Then we decided to come to Daytona a day early and left message to see about checking in early and had to leave a message again. We after several times and not knowing if we had a room or not we decided to go to a different hotel because we needed a place for our family. So since wd has to go to a different hotel I called and left several messages to cancel our reservations over 24 hours in advance and had to leave it on another voicemail. And they still took money out of my account. I called and finally got a hold of someone and explained the situation and was told there was nothing they could do about it and we would still be charged. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone. And the sad part about this is we had stayed there in the past and no problems but after this I would not recommend anyone to go there. They will rip you off.

When you first walk in looks ok the you go to the bathroom the kids shower and it gross the shower curtain has mold all around the bottom. Bedsheet spread has a burn hold in it the has a stain like blood and there a penny under the bed so no sweeping dust on the baseboards room 119 april 13-15 will leave sunday

Jill was absolutely amazing she went above and beyond to accommodate my family! I would recommend this place to anyone!
