stay faaaaar away from this place! We booked a condo via Airbnb and it was downhill from the get go. The building has visible damage from past hurricane, the inside hasn’t been updated in 30 years my kids couldn’t stop commenting on the old people smell. The entire pool area has small sink holes, no working pools, sea wall damage ect. The fourth floor balcony (how you get to your room) leans which cannot be safe. The condo was an entire different experience and we left immediately and asked for a refund, thankfully we did get a full refund. Please do yourself a favor and stay away from this construction site hotel.
The photographs do not correspond to reality at all. Cleanliness The rooms are also poor, the cleaning is superficial. The lobby, the corridors - everything looks tired. The biggest disappointment is that the information on the site does not correspond to reality. I mean about the appearance
I have no idea how the city allows this building to remain open. Damage everywhere, the pool is falling into the ocean and full of algae. Do not stay here!!!!!
We stayed here in 2023 and it was in rough shape from hurricane damage, we came back in 2024 and nothing has been touched.
Pools indoor and outdoor all closed, whirlpool closed, elevators broken, parking structure closed, restaurant closed.....
Residents say its due to a battle between property management and the HOA.

The building and it’s amenities are SLOWLY getting remodeled after a hurricane that hit last year. Our room and view was amazing, but the building itself was not.
The whole property needs help. Pool, restaurant, parking facility, and a whole bank of elevators are closed due to "Hurricane Damage". The lobby doors are unlocked 24/7, even when the reception area is unattended. As a female traveling alone, it was less than desirable.
Overbooked and cancelled our reservation that was made a month before our stay - they called the day before we were to arrive and said "had to close the hotel because of hurricane cleanup" guess what, we still went to Daytona and the hotel was full if cars and people. Don't count on your reservation.
Mrs. Donna has been great! Both rooms I've stayed at are absolutely beautiful, clean, and no problems whatsoever.
