I lived there in October but my email address keeps saying I was there a lot recently. I want to know how to find out. Other than that the staff was nice and caring I had great rooms. Wish the pool was open when I got there but that's ok.
I made reservations thinking this was a part of Wyndem,when I tried to give number when reserving he did not say he wasn’t, it is not. It is dirty, does not include anything, WiFi didn’t work, there was blood on the curtains, was not anything like advertised. Reserve at your risk
It's ok for a night or two. But staff acts scared as hell of everything. Says pool but no pool, says continental breakfast but nope!
Nice Motel to stay for a night on your Roadtrip. 24/7 office, clean sheets and good rooms for a motel. Nice extras like a microwave and a refrigerator in room 212. The shower was great. The pool side is currently closed due to maintenance (may 2023). We've paid for a room with king size bed 80$. I wouldn't recommend to walk around the area by night. Some creeps and homeless people there but all together great experience.
stayed overnight in this hotel, asked the manager for parking for the truck, said it was good here. In the morning they broke the windows on the tracks, they scattered everything inside, it was good that there was no money. Right now it costs me $1460 to repair the rear window in the emergency door, $487 glass on the passenger side, and the cheapest $350 job asked. Where is the city hall of California looking? What will be the country? I have 5 children, and I have to pay half the salary and plus $ 80 for the hotel
Pay in cash. The clerk didn't tell me that they will not refund the $50 deposit on my credit card if I don't give them the credit card when I leave. No one was at the desk when I checked out, so I left town. They refused to refund my deposit, saying that they need to put the card in the machine. I've stayed in many other motels: those motels just refund your deposit. Either American Inn doesn't know how to use their credit card machine or they just routinely steal money from people. Neither is good.
The staff his is great and they work very hard. I had the opportunity of staying here while on business for work. Even though there were some rough days, the staff always went out of their way to accommodate. The biggest plus is having Liz there. She is very flexible, understanding, personable and motherly. She would check to see if me and my partner would need to extend before things became busy or booked because she knew much about the events coming up. She always made sure we had somewhere to sleep when we got off from work. Thanks again Liz, you’re a true gem.
Customer service was bad as soon as I got there. The man took about 20 minutes of doing whatever he was doing before he came to help me. I was in room 146 this place was disgusting. I got a refund within 5 minutes of being in the room. If that. The room STUNK. The walls are dirty. The carpet has so many stains. There were no towels. There was no door lock. Verrrry horrible place.
