:::::BEWARE THEY HAVE BED BUGS:::::We originally booked our stay for two nights because we were in town for a wedding, initially checking in the lady at the front desk was nice… we checked in and left right away to go help set up for the wedding… later that night when going to bed, I felt a bite and felt multiple… I was instantly freaked out and sat up in a vinyl chair because no one was at the front desk… I didn’t sleep at all. In the morning around 7:00 am , I went and found the front desk person and showed him videos, pictures of bugs in the room, where I was bit, and the rooms conditions due to it not being clean… I didn’t get video of the different types of bugs and his response at first was, I’m from India that’s not a bed bug.. I said there were multiple types of bugs. He initially gave us 20% off the night we stayed and refunded our second night since we were not staying. I want back to the room to get our stuff and another bug on the bed… took a quick video, went to the front desk and he said “ oh now I think you’ll be getting a full refund” he took a video off of my phone and sent it to his manager. It was indeed a BED BUG!!!!! This place is not clean!! I appreciate the refund but now all of our stuff is trashed, costing us more money… only good thing that happened was checking into holiday inn express where they let us check in at 9 am without extra charges, told us to get breakfast and were so kind and understanding of what we just went through.. I was part of the wedding party and needed to get ready and appreciate holiday inn express for letting us check in so early due to our experience from days inn

After getting screwed by Extended Stay (a place that houses car thieves as part of its shifty guests at its run down, unattended properties), I headed to Days Inn Wooster. Great price, 24 hour coverage (thank you Mike for your 3 a.m. cheer), easy parking, great breakfast, indoor heated pool. Have traveled much and this is the best. Loved it so much added a second day. Best Serendipity, did not know it was owned by Wyndham, my top hotel/vacation club/credit card accounts so not only avoided the hell hole but got loyalty points at a company that understands hospitality. C Suite take special note of Bob P, front desk agent. Unique dedication and both knowledgeable and pleasant. Give the gent a well deserved bonus.

The beds were completely awful and uncomfortable. Everything looked lovely, the fridge was amazing a larger sized dorm one, nice water and everything. The heating system was a bit odd but fully for you to control. But..the point of a hotel is to be able to sleep, and even drugged out on melatonin I would lay awake on them. Not to mention the sheets were so awful feeling we had to cover the bed with other blankets, tare the sheets away, and remove the pillow cases just to be able to touch it. If they get new beds and sheets, would be worth it, but won't touch them with a 90 foot pile until then

The room was very clean. The updated decor was comfortable. We stayed two nights, housekeeping did a nice job replenishing our bathroom supplies and cleaning up our mess from the night before. The hot tub and pool was exactly what we needed. The continental breakfast was stocked with waffles, sausage, eggs, oatmeal and other cereals, muffins, a selection of breads, as well as coffee and two types of juice to choose from. Bob was the desk clerk that was working when we arrived, he was professional and friendly. I highly recommend this hotel!

Up front: You won't do better at this price. Walls are thin, and doors are hollow core, so sound travels. Rooms are "cozy", hotel speak for small, and the bathroom is microscopic. So why such a good review? 1) Room was clean. 2) Staff was nice, if not a bit eccentric. 3) Pool was fabulous for such a budget place. (My 6 year old son travels with me, and I drove 20+ minutes out of my way for the pool alone.) 3a) Unlike the ice cream machine at McDonald's and other pool hotels, that have been "temporarily" out of service for a decade, it was open. 4) Price. Price. Price. You can tell the effort of the employees and the investment by ownership.

Saw negative reviews but just can't believe that we had such a wonderful experience and so many others put negative remarks. Our room was so clean and comfortable. The pool and hot tub looked so awesome that we ran all over trying to find bathing suits to buy so we could use them. We would stay here again any time!

Room was very clean. Woman at the front desk in the evening was very nice and super helpful. Decent breakfast in the morning. The only complaint I have is that their exterior signage is off and it was very difficult to find the place.

I’ve mentioned this numerous times. I had roaches in my bathroom and the shower was filthy. I took videos and pictures. I would like to be reimbursed. I also informed staff
