The beds and rooms were clean, however, the customer service, hospitality management, hotel management, and leadership at this site is horrendous. After booking a room at this location several weeks ago, I contacted the location to update the reservation to include 2 double beds instead of a single. In addition, I had recently broken my leg and needed a room on the ground floor. I was advised that the reservation changes were entered and that there would be no problem in making the changes and only a $30 upgrade fee would be applied to the reservation for the room change. Upon arriving, the attendant spoke very little english and was horrendously rude. I provided my name and information and he advised me that my reservation was only for 1 single bed and not on the ground floor. After I told him that I had called a month prior to revise the reservation he found the notes within the reservation but then advised me that the reservation could not be changed. He then advised me that I would need to pay $180 "in cash" directly to the hotel because there was no way to modify the reservation within their system and only cash could be accepted. I advised him that neither me or my elderly mother had any cash on us but I had two debit cards and credit card. He refused and my elderly mother had to walk 3 blocks to an ATM to pull out $180 in cash. He had to call and speak to his GM over the phone to approve the room upgrade and being on the bottom floor as well. In all, it took over an hour to get checked in. The straw that broke the camel's back was the "continental breakfast" that is advertised. If you call a small Kellogg Nutri Grain bar and coffee a "continental breakfast," Wyndham has seriously let go of all of its standards and quality control. It has serious potential, but unfortunately it's not going to happen with the lack of hospitality management currently in place. Customer service lacked empathy, basic or common greetings or courtesies, no apologies, to understanding, simply unapologetic attitude as though we as the customers were inconveniencing the attendants and staff. Worst hotel customer experience ever, and as the VP of a Global BPO who travels around the globe, that's saying a lot.

This motel room was very clean & very comfortable. It had a small fridge which was nice. The front staff was friendly enough. A great bagel place was right across the street. Great location. The ‘free breakfast’ was mearly a nutra grain bar, juice & coffee. We will definitely stay here again.

I booked a room through Priceline for a one-night stay.||I went into the room to find the sink very dirty, from a clog.||I reported this to the front desk. After numerous contact with the front desk, this issue was not resolved. No one came to the room to fix the clog. The little girl at the front desk asked me if I could clean the sink. She then went into the room and told me the sink was not backed up. I took pictures of the clogged, backed-up, dirty sink. They offered another room but after bringing in 5 bags I did not want to move.||They offered no compensation. I requested to speak with Jay Patel, the manager, who was off site but he refused to get on the phone or call me. They are quick to take the money but that is it.||After a lot of back and forth, I went back to the room.||Eventually, the front desk or Patel called the police. I did not act disorderly but they must have been scared.||The Nassau County police sided with me when they arrived and saw the that sink was dirty and backed up. The police suggested a better hotel and told me this Days Inn was not one of the better ones based on calls they received to come to this hotel. Days Inn in Woodbury, New York. I eventually demanded a refund and went to a better hotel.

The front desk staff at check in and check out are extremely rude , and were not willing even to tell their names when I asked them. Also, the male at front desk was talking on the personal line in his own language while he put me on the hold for 30 minutes and instead of helping me as a customer, kept talking on his own phone with friend or family.

We stayed overnight here as we had an event in Northport. It was Memorial Day weekend so I assume the prices were increased. It was pretty expensive for the quality but it wasn’t terrible for an overnight stay. Had a refrigerator which was nice. Fairly clean overall. Surprisingly quiet. My biggest gripe was the lady at the front desk when we went to check in seemed very disorganized and aloof to the people standing in front of her. She had a line of almost 15 people and would stop to answer phone calls and then deal with whatever they wanted on the computers for long periods of time without even acknowledging the line forming. When anyone said anything she’d just complain that the motel didn’t hire enough people. She really should have dealt with the line before dealing with any phone issues. It took us about 30 mins just to check in and we were only the second people in the line of 15. Really crazy. I know a few people were concerned about being late for weddings, etc so make sure you allow enough time before your event to check in if you have one just in case. As I said, overall not a bad room for overnight but service could definitely be worked on.

Positive: The room was decently clean. The people were nice enough. Negative: Tiny refrigerator. No microwave. Leaking faucets all the time I was there. Rarely answer the phone or put you on hold without answering! ? Still haven't returned my $100 deposit for incidentals. No coffee pot in room. No breakfast at all! ONLY COFFEE/JU

Great location ! Everything you may need is right there on the same street . Rooms where clean . The carpet and ac did activate everyone's allergies. The apple juice in the lobby Is sooooo good. We did have to track down a house keeper 2 times during our 4 day stay for more towels and toilet paper. The continental breakfast was a little disappointing its just coffee ,juice and nutragrain bars .

Stayed here for 9 nights while visiting son in hospital.|2AM checkin (late flight) was easy.|Room was quiet, clean and comfortable.|Multiple restaurants and grocery stores adjacent, and parks within 1/4 mile.|A few minor irks, expected from inexpensive motel:|Minimal breakfast: coffee, juice (but grocery store across street)|Faucet dripped unless you adjusted it just right.|TV picture had minor interference, but many channels!|All in all, a great motel for the price
