This place has a nice pool. The staff are the stars here, very kind & courteous. Good value for travelers on a budget. Also includes a fair selection for a free breakfast. The rooms are clean & the housekeeping staff is on the ball. The laundry room & machine's need attention but wear & tear is to be expected. Located just outside the villages for those seeking to enjoy the local food & entertainment without the higher coast.

The rooms where no clean , the bathroom where a lot hair is specially the tub. Good thing I noticed it and I have to cleaning myself. While I was there the never went to cleaned my room no clean towels . They knocked my room twice to cleaning but I was sleeping and I told the ladies ( different one)to come back later maybe 1 hr later never went back. The front girl was very nice but the rooms need to be more cleaned up. The you let's have to change it they are very very old, dirty . Also the ac was watering all over , so the hotels needs a lot of major work. It doesn't look like in the website. My experience in that hotel was not good.👎👎👎

this is an absolutely GREAT place, especially considering the very affordable price! the front desk lady was so warm, friendly, and kind, giving us a lot of choices on which room we wanted and where we wanted the room located in the motel. the breakfast was bountiful with sausage gravy, waffles, fruits, biscuits, juices and more! the room was clean, large, and well-stocked with the amenities you need. highly recommend this days inn!

Positive: right off the exit Negative: baby cockroaches entered my room early morning. I watched them crawn under the door. exterior was filthy, stairwells alcove and ceiling very dirty, ash trays full

The rooms have been remodeled on the inside, but the property and building is run down, dirty, and smells bad. In would have felt quite sketchy had I been traveling alone. We arrived late and last minute, friendly service at the front desk. It was a loud night with little sleep. Didn’t stay for any sort of breakfast but I did see they had some sort of continental breakfast included in the lobby.

This place was not good. We had to move to different room due to water leak from bathroom. It was not very clean especially the floors. Both rooms we stayed were dirty. Someone upstairs was smoking and we could smell it inside bathroom. So I pounded the top ceiling to let em know they needed to stop smoking. Then ceiling cracked open. It was very soft. I had to report it and they stated there was a leak 2 weeks ago there. They would take care of it. Front desk service was good and friendly. Just the environment wasn’t so good. Seems it was a place for many different walks of life staying and living there.

This hotel was down right scary! I don’t know what exactly goes on here, but we did not feel safe at all. Cars with broken out windows in the back. People just hanging out in various places around the hotel vicinity and parking lot. The odd thing were the house cleaners. They were going up and down the walkways outside, in front of the rooms, speaking very loudly to each other, almost yelling. They had their cleaning carts with them, which were super loud on the concrete and it was 8:00 at night. Seemed like an odd time for housekeeping to be out? We had our room changed, and it was a bit better. We kind of slept with one eye open most of the night, but when we finally fell asleep, we were awoke by extremely loud rap music at 2:00 am. It was right outside our window. We peek out our window, and there’s a truck backed in with his doors open. People coming and going. Obviously some drug deals going on. The music was absolutely blaring the entire time. We were too afraid to call the front desk to complain because you just never know what will happen. Thankfully, after one hour, it started to rain, so he left. There was a charcoal grill sitting out in front of one room, and a chair and doggie dish outside of another room. We travel a lot, and have never stayed in a hotel like this! You’re probably wondering why we did not leave? When my husband had gotten our first room changed, he had first asked for a refund so that we could leave, but they would not give us one, only a room change. We had been driving 12 hours already, and it was almost impossible getting a room because of a wrestling tournament in the area. Our room was $200!

So we're from NJ had to come to Florida to visit my sick sister for two days so I was upset to begin with. I usually read reviews before I booked a place but I was looking for a place close to where she was going to be in a nursing home so I booked here we got dropped off they are from The villages van service from the Airport . As soon as I saw the outside of the building and the dirty curtains find knew that I probably wasn't going to stay there so we went in I looked around made a few comments to the girl I said I may not be staying here when I try to use my card to pay they had already put a hold on my card when I called to book there I told them two rooms but paying separately needless to say there wasn't enough for both rooms on my card at this point I am tired pissed and upset instead of her trying to calm me down the manager comes out I'm telling him I want to hold off of my account I am not staying there and he kicks us off the property and threatens to call the police the place is disgusting I didn't even go to the room I only think it was asking was for them to take the hold off of my account here it is 3 days later I am home and the hold is still on my account so I do not recommend this hotel I had my own business and never have I ever treated anyone like this man treated us so do your research before staying here
