Very old building and rooms. The air conditioning does not have a thermostat only a fan switch for high medium and low. Never cool down properly. Bathtub was terrible with Rust and stains. If you’re just looking for a bed for a night, it’s OK. The location is good if you’re going to state fair Park. Also the restaurant and sports bar next-door are awesome.

This was the nastiest hotel I have ever booked. I left 5 minutes after opening the room. The other reviews are no exaggeration. This hotel has not been updated in past 20 years. The photos are stock photos and do not represent the product. We had blood on sheets and mattress. I would not wish this experience on my worst enemy.

You may want to believe the reviews here - this is the worst hotel ever. First, the driveway and surrounding area of the hotel looks like the world ended - cracks on the cement, overgrown grass between the cracks, and dirty walls. Reception area was so dirty. Hallways going to rooms are so unkempt and dusty. Rooms were worse - mold on the shower curtain, chipped doors, dusty ac, etc. If we had a choice, we would have walked out. We got the room for more than $120, and it is definitely not worth a cent. EDIT: They charged us the deposit on the day of check in and gave it back on check out, but they charged us again the same amount on the day after. And now we are stuck with an unauthorized charge and still having a headache from it.

NO WAY!! I’d rather sleep in my car at a rest stop. The online pics are false. It’s the filthiest place I’ve ever seen .. we refused to stay. Smoke burns on the furniture for a non- smoking room? Shower walls peeling, dark & dingy, definitely smelled of cigarette smoke, blood stains on the sheets & mattress. Carpet was filthy. Entrance door looked like it had NEVER been cleaned.

Great location for us, beds were comfortable, deep tub with lots of hot water. no microwave, no internet security, ,no breakfast . not real clean, difficult getting to room. evening staff a bit rude- not real helpful.

Better off sleeping in your truck don't come here. Room is °80 with no AC or access to fresh air. Was charged $237 will be reimbursed for the $150 incidentals but still $237 charge for this. This is horrible and I truly have very low standards.The lady at the front desk will conveniently forget to mention the zero ac and °80 rooms that smell of mold and cigarettes before she charges your card. Disgusting done with days Inn -5 stars

Please for the safety of you and your family DO NOT stay here! This place was absolutely disgusting and unsafe. First we had a guy come up to us while walking to our room asking if we knew where to get crack from! Our room was full of mold and filth! Plus we found drug paraphernalia in our room!! The guy at the front desk denied everything even though we have the photos to prove it. He refused to do anything for us. By far the worst hotel I’ve ever been to!!

You get what you pay for. The beds are listed as queens but actually full size. Our bathroom had used soaps in the shower still; not overly clean in general. You can hear traffic loud and clear.
