Why is there a confederate flag right next to the hotel… it definitely feels like the ghetto side of Waco. There are too many damn crickets inside of the rooms! When you mention it to the staff they shrug it off as if it’s no big deal. Breakfast? LMAO! No way. You’ll be better off going to McDonald’s down the street, or even checking out the next hotel/motel. The rooms have potential but the crickets, dead and alive, are the biggest issue. The second issue is the AC, it doesn’t work efficiently. Barely wanted to work in the middle of July Texas summer heat! The shower would’ve been phenomenal if there was better pressure!! I wouldn’t stay again, and wouldn’t recommend a friend. Actually thought about switch hotels a few times during my stay but realized I wasn’t spending enough time in the room to repack everything and relocate…

6 medium size counters!! Great! Clean. Straightforward. AC works. Clean room. Great mirror for makeup and full face lighting. Clean bath. There are crickets in Texas lol. Not my favorite pillows type but these are spotless, clean, and smell good. Curtains with a little push block out all the light. It can get fully dark inside. Friendly gentleman at the desk. I honestly think it is a great spot. Good price too. Would recommend.

At $90 for the night the rate was reasonable and my room was spotless and pretty. Good bed, excellent water pressure in the spotless shower, a one cup coffee maker in my room, and coffee and light breakfast in the morning. Employees were polite, professional, and helpfull. I highly recommend this motel!

I'm here now and this Days Inn is GROSS! As a Housing Inspector this is by far the worst room ive ever been in. Walked in the room and crickets everywhere! Had to ask front desk for a broom to sweep them out. They still came into the room and even had to use my card holder paper to stick in a whole ro help prevent them coming in one of the spots. The bathroom floor is nasty and the ceiling had BLACK MOLD. Took pictures of the whole room...showed front desk and even though she is sweet she couldn't move me and my kids. Said she would call the OWNER and I have yet to hear from them. You would think they would move us ASAP being their customers..BUT no!!! Probably because my damn PHONE doesn't work and the battery in the smoke detector is not in it or is out. There are ants on our towels. And we won't be able to shower due to the black mold. I will be calling The association and the city because that's ridiculous to not accommodate us when we are paying customers. Cigarette room but the smell is over baring and marks on the walls from the Cigarette users and on the couch... mirror is missing... just terrible and will never Stya HERE EVER...

The room was filled with crickets. I swept them out and more would appear. Got up in the night to use the bathroom and stepped on them. The iron did not work. I asked for a late checkout was charged $10 and then when I didn’t need it I was not refunded my $10. I k ow it’s only $10 but it is the principle I am a platinum rewards member with Wyndham and should not have to pay extras

Absolutely disgusting when you have to continually kill crickets coming out of the woodwork. The 1/4 inch gap in the door frame to which prevents a seal doesn't help. Reported to front desk and I was told it was cricket breeding season for a month and all the hotels in the area have this problem. Then we were left with a nice used fake eye lash on our vanity which didn't appear to even been wiped down. We did wipe up a small amount of water on the floor and it turned the towel black not sure the last time the floors were mopped. The pool was gross and looked like it had not been vacuumed in weeks or months. And finally for additional entertainment when you can not go swimming sit and watch several contractor employees hang through out the parking lot, stairs and balcony sucking large amounts of beer.

DO NOT STAY HERE. This is the most disgusting motel I have ever been to, and the staff will lie to you and a booking agency about a refund. There was vomit on the wall outside the bathroom, blood on a towel(it was semi fresh),boogers on the bathroom walls, hair in the bathtub, bugs crawling on the ceiling in the bathroom, trash on the bathroom floor, and it smelled like they tried to cover up chain smokers living there.|I went to the office to tell them, and they said they’d refund me because they didn’t have any other rooms. The girl faked sending the refund information to hotels.com, and told me I just needed to call them to get it done. When hotels.com called the hotel he told them they were preparing a room for us, and we just left. It was 10:39 at night and we just arrived in town. Our kid had a tournament early the next morning, and we didn’t have time on our side. I would’ve taken a clean room, and I have the timestamp for when we left in a picture.|So I called the hotel and he told me they don’t do returns because I didn’t give them a 72 heads up. I said the room was filthy, you didn’t have another one, and your employee said I’m just giving you a refund. His response- I have pictures, and you aren’t getting your money back. He’s hiding behind a cancellation policy, and started yelling he’s not giving us a refund.

Booked the room online and had the Freightliner dealership drop me off, with bags in tow, I sat outside ringing the doorbell and the office bell (sign said they were attending other guests and doors locked up) after 15 mins and no answer on the phone I walked next door and booked a room and was in my room and getting in the shower before we finally got in touch with someone. Mind you we paid for the room. As much as we travel I will say Days Inn and there affiliate hotels have never treated us so rude. I obviously had a extremely rough day and expected only a room with a and a shower. I received nothing but a rude person on the phone and no one at the office. You stole the $ and gave zero service, let's see if my complaints on other mediums have any warrant.
