We stayed for 1 night only. I called ahead to make sure they had a non smoking King room that was pet friendly and then when we got there to check in, they tried to say we could only have our dog in a room with 2 doubles. I argued and got the King bed. Our room had a fabric love seat, and I imagine they don’t want pets on those.| The lobby and hallways smelled HORRIBLE. It smells like marijuana with an entire bottle of expired room deodorizer poured over the top. The rooms had been updated. That carpet needs to be ripped out too. We had an upstairs room, which was quite annoying for taking the dog outside to potty, since there was no elevator. Fox News blaring in the lobby, I could definitely live without. Breakfast was late getting set up Sunday morning. There was a pitiful selection, and no hot food unless you make yourself a waffle. It was old fruit, bagels and dry cereal.| The room itself was large, clean, and comfortable. We did not hear a single sound from inside our room the whole night. I still wouldn’t stay here again. The free breakfast was not worth the extra expense above other motels, and we could have just stayed at the casino with the dog.

This is your basic bargain hotel. We were given a ground floor room which was appreciated as there is no elevator. The rooms are clean for the most part (someone left a used paper towel behind, but otherwise it was fine). They don't leave the AC on in the rooms (even in the heat of August), so it was over 100 degrees in our room when we arrived. Luckily we had a fan to use to get by until it finally cooled down overnight. If you bring a pet, beware of all the trash scattered in the grassy areas. Trash is overflowing from the bins outside and the dumpster, also. (There is trash EVERYWHERE in Tunica it seems). The location is decent and very quiet. Plenty of parking. Overall it was a decent stay.

Rooms were great. I didn’t expect them to be. They are the best in the area to me. The atmosphere smelled clean and free of smoke. I often get hotel rooms so I won’t have to drive all the way home when I get off work due to me having 2 jobs. It’s also very quiet. I will be staying here more often. And the daily and weekend prices and very reasonable and affordable.

Fraudulent Billing -I was charged for days when I wasn’t there. The location was good, they served breakfast late one morning and immediately fixed it the next morning. The reason for low rating is I checked out early, used the express check out option and was charged for days I wasn’t there. When I saw two charges on my statement I called the hotel, explained the error and the hotel response was I should have come to the front desk. I responded your establishment had an express checkout, I was correctly charged when I checked out early, then I was charged again for days I wasn’t there. Their response was they didn’t know and they weren’t reversing the charge. I called my credit card company, reported the fraud and the charge was reversed.

The room was clean. The only breakfast that was available was a waffle maker and bagels. It advertised breakfast included. We were unable to get much rest due to the upstairs guest stomping and running all night continuously for the two days we were there.

Location was central, breakfast was served late on one morning, I was okay with this minor inconvenience as it was was fixed the next day. The reason for the low rating was because I checked out early, used the express box to return the key. They correctly charged me for my time in the room and went back and charged me for the days I wasn’t there. When I called and pointed out the area to the location, there answer was no one came to front desk and let them know. I pointed out that I was charged separately so clearly someone at your establishment knew and they still would not reverse the over charge, reported fraud to my credit card company and received a refund.

Positive: This hotel looks almost new. Our room was very clean, the beds were good quality. I was not expecting Days Inn to be this nice. No complaints. Negative: "" Negative: ""

If you can get them away from the TV to check you in, good luck. Rooms are outdated, smelly, and filthy. I requested a handicapped room that was nonexistent. Hand rail was put behind the toilet. You would need to straddle the toilet and say a prayer to use it. Stayed here twice, as I was a glutton for punishment. When we left, ceremonial water was poured at the front door, literally. Too bad some water was not used to clean the rooms. Never again.
