Days Inn by Wyndham Tucumcari - Hotel in Tucumcari - 2623 S 1st St I-40, USA

Long road trip with my husband. Booked via phone a few hours b4 we arrived. Was very wary. But very pleasantly surprised. Room was very clean. Towels were soft. Bed was comfortable and the unit in the room was easy to operate and get the exact temp we wanted. Good breakfast. The only thing that would have made it a slam dunk would have been a complimentary bottled water. Other than that, I highly recommend it.

Glad to find somewhere that’s clean. I’m very ecstatic someone cleaned behind the bed, ceilings, bathroom and corners. I’ve been to many other hotel/motel and you would be suprise how many don’t get in the corners or dust the ceiling or behind the beds. You all get a super A+ I had rm 119. Will stay again.

Stayed early January 2024. Clean rooms as pictured, convenient location, and good breakfast. However I called the number for this location several times over the span of 5 hours while en route and no one answered. Thankfully front desk staff were available and check in was smooth despite a late arrival.

I do a lot of traveling and wanted to take the time to write a review for this particular hotel because it really does stand out for the price! I needed a place to stay in the middle of a 23 hour drive, and this is definitely the best experience I've had at a lower priced hotel/motel. My room had been recently remodeled, and was perfectly clean. The bed and pillows were comfortable, and I slept great. The bathroom was clean and had a nice new showerhead and curved shower rod. The towels were very nice and soft. It was roughly half the cost of many of the other hotels in the area and was well worth taking a chance on it. Would definitely stay here again.

Best part of the room was the recliner. Room was a King, Accessible. Clean. Did not have a walk-in shower but the bathtub/shower did have grab bars. Nice/typical breakfast. Room was clean and decorated nicely. Office was difficult to access from parking lot due to stairs, but room had parking space right at door with a ramp. Very happy with our stay.

Was nervous because I usually avoid days inn locations BUT I was so surprised. The rooms were immaculate and a great size for being a smaller location. The outside was clean and well taken care of as well as well lit at night and had cameras everywhere. Beds were very comfy and the location isn't to noisy. The breakfast is very good with a decent amount of options. Parking is tight that's the only complaint I have. Overall amazing stay 5 stars to the owner and staff. I will stay again.

This is the first time staying at a Day's inn in a very long time and this was nice and comfortable for the price. From the outside it seems a bit rundown but inside the room, it was very nice. The bed was comfortable and I had a great night sleep!

If you are traveling through New Mexico along I-40, this is the place to spend the night. ||The place seems well managed. The room I was given is clean, does not have a weird smell, & devoid of any pests. I spent one night but had a great night’s rest after several hours of driving. In the morning, they served hot breakfasts that will definitely help you on your way.||I highly recommend this facility & I hope the management will keep up the good work on how they manage the hotel.
