A+. DEFINITELY 5 STARS. Hotel really was perfect. Great location, comfortable room, totally clean, very comfortable beds, great breakfast, and also fair price. We were driving through on a road trip, and stopped to see the Abraham Lincoln museum. Our stay at the Days Inn in Springfield was truly excellent. Was very quiet and relaxing. Staff was very kind and friendly. Everything 5 stars. Thank you, Sumit.

For starters the staff was AMAZING!!! When we got there we were given a room that kinda smelled like a sauna, but asked the front desk if we could change rooms and they let us. No problem. The rooms are clean and nice. Working T.V. and fridge, microwave, hair dryer, and bath tub and shower. So it's great for the little ones. They do have a pool, however when we went it was freezing 🥶. They tried to turn it up to warm it up but the heater was broken. So unfortunately the water was cold. No Jacuzzi. It's not very easy for little kids to get in because they don't have a regular walk in with stairs. It has ladders like how you would get out in the deep end. The pillows aren't great, for me they are way to soft & small. They do have what you call breakfast, it has frosted flakes and raisin bran, waffles, bread, oatmeal, and fruit. White milk, OJ, apple juice. I would totally give it a 5 star but the breakfast could use some help and the pillows. But location is great. You can walk across the street to McDonald's, burger king, Wendy's, taco Bell, there is a gas station 2 of them. Bars, liquor store, Chinese food, a bar/restaurant, pool hall, so much over there. Just 5 minutes away from a gorgeous Park called South Winds. This place is stunning with beautiful views and fishing. So overall our experience was great and would definitely stay again.

Room smelled musty and opening window and running AC did not help. Upon inquiring over smell, was told carpet were recently cleaned. Dampness in room was very evident as towels used Monday evening, were still not dry Wednesday morning. Fresh clothes out of suitcase even felt damp. On the positive, bed was comfy.

The employees entered our room and made a homemade thong out of a condom ring and my fiance's headbands. They kept our deposit even though my fiance cleaned the room until it was spotless she even asked for the broom to sweep the floor and they still kept our deposit. The front desk clerk offered weed and meth to my fiance. Very unprofessional. I would never go to this establishment I wish I would have never wasted my money their. They have bed bugs the mattress cover was demolished and torn up the bed spread had a stain on it. I pray the establishment gets shut down due to invading guests privacy. Horrible experience.

Staff was nice. Hallway smelled of smoke and insence. Room was very dated, strong aroma of stale smoke and insence. Did a bug check and all came back ok none found. Walls paper thin you hear lots slamming doors. Breakfast was a no go for us, seemed like an ok set up but the fact of the incense smell EVERYWHERE that was a no go. Seems the pictures on website were much better than in person.. Needing a deep clean.. Perks: mini icebox, microwave, hairdryer Cons: insense smell and no coffee pot

Very nice and reasonable hotel. Hotel room was clean and the beds/pillows were comfy. Hotel staff were all wonderful and very accommodating. Will definitely be back. Also, easy on and off from the freeway system. Thank you Days Inn staff!

I am born and raised from Springfield IL and they Customer service was HORRIBLE ! They do what they want when they want ! It’s very unsafe/They Keep the doors unlocked at ALL hours and they don’t change or clean the breakfast room that often I could tell because the orange juice and coffee be OLD and that’s a simple task, ESPECIALLY when everything else is SELF served the CUSTOMER SERVICE gets 0 stars ! They are rude and lied to my face and disrespected me a couple of times! and they are NOT FAMILY FRIENDLY! I REPEAT they do NOT like children and I do not understand because they look family owned, they told me they count children as adults and i had to many ! They was 2,15 and 12 years old Also my little brother that’s two has autism!
