Days Inn by Wyndham Shenandoah - Hotel in Shenandoah - 29007 Interstate 45 N, USA

The location and price are great! However, the room was dirty, except for the bed and the vanity. We had to go to the desk to get towels, as they were missing upon check in. The man at the front desk was friendly.

Dirty, bug infested. Definitely stay elsewhere. Breakfast was cereal and some bagels. Terrible, but I would have passed on eating by just seeing our room. Tub was filthy. Non smoking room that reeked of cigarettes

From Wednesday the 21st to Saturday the 24th, however I could not stay at the room provided as the conditions of the room was not even close to a any standard fir anyone to stay. The bath state was very poorly like if it was picked up from a trash site and fitted in a hotel and the smell of dump and mould wad strong, therefore I was very dissaponited and handed my keys to the receptionist who did not even bothered checking the room and just took the keys.

The room had an odor. I saw roaches on two separate occasions and the microwave was dirty. I had a three night stay and the trash was never emptied, I had to throw it out myself. Also, dirty towels were picked up once at the door and housekeeping never visited the room. I chose this motel only because there weren't any other available options in the Houston area at that time. The desk staff were great.

God is A KEEPER! I see the same issues as everyone else, but since I had NOWHERE to go with my children just 12 hours ago, I refuse to complain about the obvious. Instead, I choose to THANK HIM for making sure we had a roof over our heads, until the next blessing shows up 🙌🏾 Remember this: there are so many people in worse situations wishing they could trade places with you and me. You never know when humility will show up to collect her dues 😉 On a positive note, the shower water was very soft and felt like it had silk and Downy softener mixed together. Very delightful 🙂

Never stay here the manager behaviour is not good Also misbehaves with housekeeping.she doesn't deserve a manager. Every day there are many complaints about wifi not working properly but they don't respond properly and don't even give room list properly to housekeeping. I would tell everyone to check everything before taking a room and only then take the room.The front desk staff is very bad. They torture the housekeeping staff a lot, I have seen it many times and I thought I should make a video and post it on social media then those people and the owner will get to know.😡😡😡😡

Stayed at this location 3 yrs prior & rated it a low 3. Since then it has dropped to a -10. Would've demanded refund & left but all accommodations w/in 20 mile radius were sold out. After 5 return trips to the front desk I finally received an 'it will do room'. First room had NO beds. Second room NO working AC. Third room I gained entrance to inspect & then key pass quit working, even Staff wasn't able to gain access. Fourth n final room was somewhat better yet still subpar - ripped dirty carpet, bathroom coated in years of filth, no batteries in TV remote, returned after an evening out to find roaches and next door room full of loud/rowdy occupants who were quite well lit up. Interacted with 3 staff members that didn't seem to care, as apparently this was nothing new to them. |Bypass & don't look back!

Positive: "" Negative: Barely enough parking. Rooms are clean, but the sheets are not. I had itches all over my body. Very old hotel, and it shows. Worst part is that they said there will be breakfast, but there was not.
