I had the best time here. When I walked in, I asked to stay for the whole day, and checkout in the morning. I asked if I was going to be charged for a two day stay even though I was only going to be there for 1. The host said no, we don’t penalize for early check in. So he got my information and was booked for the day in no time. Host also put me in a room away from all the noise. Which was great. Had a great night sleep and will definitely be back again real soon. Ty Days Inn
I suppose to stay here for 5 days to visit family. After driving 1,000 miles I asked to use the restroom and was told that it was not available. That should of been my first clue to to walk out. But we went to the room and my grandkids were finding food that was left by the maid, the floors were so dirty that the grandkids feet were so black. Asked to get a different room. That one was no better, the sheets were so full of bleach that I broke out. So we left after 2 days .I would not stay at this place if this is the last place on earth, it was under construction doors were against the wall, security doors were unlocked not every safe. We ended up cleaning our own room..
They are remodeling but making every effort to make you feel at home! Everyone has gone above and beyond to make us feel at home! Rooms are very clean and comfortable ! The owners and housekeepers are very nice and hardworking! Great price and location! I definitely recommend this hotel to everyone!
The staff was awesome. The place needs some TLC which they're in the middle of but it looks like they're doing the rooms first. My room was ready just that day (lucky for me) so it was very clean and very nice. Would definitely stay here again.
Filthy! Unsafe! We booked this hotel and were so disappointed. They had signs up saying they are doing some remodeling but the place was DUMP! the stairs are in horrible condition and are down right unsafe. There is NO key card access at night so all the main doors are open and unlocked! WE DID NOT FEEL SAFE! When I talked to the manager he didn’t care at all and blamed it on the local law enforcement. He said they had bought the property a year ago and stilled needed to put up new doors. NOT OK! The floors are filthy, the walls are filthy, and the whole hotel is super run down. The breakfast is cereal and a danish. GO STAY SOMEWHERE ELSE THAT IS SAFE AND CLEAN. Zero stars would NOT recommend. The parking lot is tiny and they don’t have overflow parking. They also do not monitor the parking lot nor do they ask you about your car. THESE PEOPLE DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOU OR YOUR BELONGINGS. They didn’t even have a trash can in the bathroom and when I asked the manager for one he didn’t understand why I would need a trash can for the bathroom. POORLY RUN
Bedding seemed clean, floors less so, especially in the bathrooms. My sons feet were blackened after crawling around and there were clumps of mud on the bathroom floor from whomever stayed there prior to us. We needed new bedding and when the maid came to change it, we had babies sleeping so we just asked for the bedding and we’d change it ourselves. Maid was fine with that but the front desk person / manager came back with the maid and basically said we didn’t have a choice and forced the maid to come in to change our sheets. She should be glad I wasn’t there and only my husband was at the time. I wouldn’t have stood for that. They also wouldn’t allow us to use the restroom on the main floor which was incredibly inconvenient and all around unnecessary.
I had a great time staying in this hotel. The rooms were super clean and freshly painted and the bed was warm and cozy. The staff was friendly and helpful and the parking lot was well lit and safe. I enjoyed my stay here and I would definitely come back! It was everything you need for a great night's sleep!
You can't go wrong in staying here. It's easy to see how hard this family owned hotel work! The rooms are clean, everything worked, comfortable bed & great price! Great location as well! We will definitely be staying here again!
I absolutely love this place. I lived in Oklahoma for more than a decade before I found out about it and now I can't wait to go back again. I had originally gone just to see the Egyptian Mummy, I didn't know they had so many wonderful objects to shar
Nestled in Old Downtown in Shawnee you will find a throwback lunch cafe serving up great sandwiches, loaded spuds, soups, salads, and daily specials...oh, and the Dessert First counter...at The Lunch Box . I had the Southwest Turkey Club, a nicely p
This place has a very nice comforting aesthetic. The coffee was delicious, the food was pretty good too. It was also a reasonable price to come in and paint with my daughter. I'd love to host an event here at some point.
Such a great place, packed with treasures! It's truly amazing how much is artfully displayed in, what is actually, a small building. There is also a conference room which can be rented for different organizations. A guide is available for touring the
Service was great, the waitress was friendly, quick, and on top of everything. Food was great both for breakfast and lunch. Inside was clean and spacious. Will be back to try more of the many breakfast options for sure.
This was my first time going to Dutch Bros, and I am glad I picked the Shawnee location as my first time. Not knowing what to order, I asked the employee that was helping take my order who also happened to be the store manager, Dawson. He was very he
Great place for coffee and a quick breakfast! We stopped in and grabbed a vanilla latte, salted caramel latte, and a couple of breakfast croissants. So good!! Highly recommend.
He knows what he is doing with that meat!! Ribs are the best in this area don't taste like apple juice like another local place, trims the meat just right (balance fat to meat). Brisket is wild good. Good smoke ring and juicy every time. Coleslaw bal
