Days Inn by Wyndham Seneca / Clemson Area - Hotel in Seneca - 11015 N Radio Station Rd, USA

If I was able to give this days inn location a half of a star I would. I stayed at this location some years ago and had a pleasant experience. Back then the hotel was decently maintained. As of August 2024 I can no longer say that to be true. Upon entering the room the scent of black mold was throughout. black mold was found in the bathroom on the walls. Yellow stains was also found in the bathroom ceilings and in the bedroom ceiling area. The sink was broken and badly repaired and the white sheets on the bed was on the borderline of becoming yellow. I will not be returning. For $20 more I will be staying at the Hampton.

Decent hotel for the price point. Directly across from the hospital and very convenient to visit a family member admitted there, yet also very quiet. Very accommodating for a last-minute walk-in reservation. Rooms and facility are dated but clean. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The front desk clerk last night and again this morning were very, very nice. Breakfast is typical of most hotels - yogurt, fruit, cold cereal, oatmeal packets, waffle maker. The juice machine actually has vitamin infused fruit water, which was a nice surprise.

Wonderful property for those on a budget. We were there for some area work so it fit our needs just fine. The best part of our stay was the staff. Manager Christie was very helpful on many occasions and I’m convinced this is the place for us. Christie made the stay for us by her service ethic and drive for customer satisfaction. We completely were! Shout out to Shannon for making check in so easy.

Enjoyed our stay very clean room and loved the pool. The lady at the front desk was awesome and very respectful. Came here from another state and was able to check in 3 hrs early. We will definitely be back. The price wasn’t to bad. Wasn’t near as much as I thought it was going to be. Bed was so comfortable

The Rooms aren't so great. The location is decent, but I will say the workers here have amazing customer service, if I was just rating this place base on that it would easily be 5 stars. Just wanted to mention the two ladies at front Kerri (Head House Keeper) and Shannon (Front Desk) went above and beyond to make sure that I was accomodated in this stay. They are AWESOME!!!

Front desk staff guy was polite, rm #101 had gunk on tables ( to gross to even put a phone on). Giving this hotel 2 stars is to generous, should be 1/2 star. And that's only because there's 5 lights in the room but only 2 work. Plus two adults are staying here but seems they could not clean or even allow us more than one small towel and one wash cloth. The really sad part is there's not a hint of soap in the room. No hand soap or anything in the shower, plus only a half roll of toilet paper. Talk about watching your cost. Guess they thought we would take the one ply with us! Floor has dead bugs on it In a few places. **But they have this cool touch mirror by the sink...must be the reason for the two stars. ** Come on Mr. Patel tidy this place up!

Positive: The staff were cordial about the remediating problems Negative: Shower and lights not working in first room. 2nd room to replace first was noticeably cleaner and fresher. Shower worked with difficulty and lights over sink did not. Good coffee and breakfast offering.

Absolutely made this the best stay ever with is customer service knowledge and was very nice to me and my son would come back strictly and only if he is here I wish I could give 10 Stars he is an asset to the company and I hope he is here because we will be here time and time again as long as he is five star plus 10!!
