Days Inn by Wyndham Salisbury, NC - Hotel in Salisbury - 319 Bendix Dr, USA

Very disrespectful front desk. Was trying to make me go to another hotel ATM to get a $100 cash deposit for a room at his hotel because his ATM was broken. He then said I could cancel and I agreed and confirmed I wanted to cancel. Meanwhile this hotel has stolen money out of my bank account and charged me for a night that I didn't stay. Noone answers phones and Wyndham customer service won't do anything. So I shall proceed with legal action when I return. .

They threatened to call the police due to non payment for a confirmed reservation that they confirmed through Expedia. They cursed me out and threatened to have my family removed. They have Hispanics there that play loud music until 2am even with us complaining they do not make them turn it off. The rooms are nasty and the Hispanic at the front desk is rude and unprofessional. No one apologized even after the reservation was confirmed and they acknowledged it was booked for yesterday and today. The office smells horrible due to the lack of cleaning. The parking lot is trashed and they come banging on the door forcing you to renew your room even before 11am the required check out time. This place needs to be shut down. They charged me a $100.00 deposit even though I didn’t pay with a pre paid card as the sign in the office stated.

The employees are very nice and helpful. Rooms very clean. Housekeepers very friendly and respectful. I would stay at this place again love it.

pretty good location they are fully renovating the hotel. I like all the new furniture they’re putting in.

Will never stay here again!!!! First they charged me twice and it took 5 days to get my money back then they tried to charge me 10 dollars for a stained hand towel when we could not even use on of the body towels due to stain or either not properly wash!!!! Parking lot very trashed as well!!! Never again

We checked in 6/8/23. We examined room. It smelled like mildew. The window was open without a screen. There were bugs in the bathroom. The sheets looked clean. It appeared that people were living in the surrounding rooms. There was loud music at midnight. There were shopping carts in the parking lot. We chose not to stay. We turned our room keys in and left. Probably won't get our money back. It wasn't worth the risk of breathing the air in the room or taking bugs back with our luggage. We left and went to Courtyard By Marriott. Our room was spotless and did not stink. The hotel clerk was courteous.

This time, at least one electrical outlet burned too hot, and one light bulb was not appropriate for the fixture. It looks like the owner is trying to update. The bathroom and behind the bed smelled like moldy wood. Otherwise clean. I have stayed twice before.
